Dr. Lagin is an extremely knowledgeable yet friendly physician. I have had many years of experience with her help in which to formulate this opinion, and I highly recommend her.

Attempted to get a prescription filled for over 2 weeks. I called multiple times a day for several days straight. I was told she would fill the prescription, but she never did. I was told that there was no doctor on call during the week when she was not there. Completely unacceptable. Will be seeing a different dermatologist who is able to fill prescriptions.

Dr. Lagin is very patient and explains things in a very sweet and down to earth demeanor. Overall she is great. The wait time is terrible because she spends as much time with each patient as they want which sometimes causes backups. I'd recommend getting the first appointment of the day.
