We tried several treatments and IVF’s in different states but non of them worked. Dr. Silber is the only one who was able to help us with confidence and success. From the first IVF Dr. silber performed, I became pregnant and had my precious boy. Dr. Silber knows what he is doing and is very confident. I traveled from FL and it was the best experience I had with dr. Silber and Dr. DeRosa. I can’t write enough to describe how thankful I am to Dr. Silber. The hospital he deals with, lab, embryologist, and other doctors are excellent. Very knowledgeable doctor and knows what to do. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Silber is a nice man but anyone over 40 (and particularly) 42 and over should look at the odds before ending up spending tens of thousands of dollars on mini IVF. I truly wish he had just recommended using an egg donor. These clinics sell hope to desperate people and in the event that an embryo transfer fails, there is no follow-up to determine what might have gone wrong and certainly no concern about the terrible mental state it puts someone in to spend so much money when they never truly had a real chance of success.

I unfortunately had a bad experience with Dr Silber. It started out bad during the consultation where he promised me that my case of PCOS was easy despite numerous failed cycles elsewhere. The other doctors are stupid he said and doing mini IVF will certainly fix our complicated problem. They did not inform us that we have to wait 3 months for the uterus to heal before doing a transfer and then when agreeing to waive that three months ended up taking it back on retrieval day, not a good experience! Did not have successful transfers post retrieval.

Dr Silber was a godsend to me and my family. We have a rare, debilitating genetic disease that runs in our family. My wife and I wanted desperately to have children, but wanted to make sure our child would not have to grow up under the specter of such a debilitating disease. Dr. Silber knew just what to do and executed it flawlessly. He guided us through the entire process and helped us get though physically and emotionally. Silber is the best in the business and I would highly recommend him.

Vasectomy reversal was performed 13 months ago. Vasectomy was right under 6 years & 1st attempt. 4, 7 and 12 month semen analysis all zero. Dr. Silber only reconstructs one side and this was not made aware to us until after waking up from anesthesia. In contact with 3 other reversal couples from 2017. None of us have had a return thus far and all procedures were a one sided VE. We were all advised IVF when 12 month SA remained zero. I understand this is not guaranteed, but all of us having 0??

I recommend Dr. Silber highly for infertility issues. I had severe endometriosis and was told by another infertility specialist that I will need donor eggs. Me and my husband decided to get another opinion so we went to Dr. Silber. Very well worth, i went thru two cycles of mini ivf and got pregnant. Now I have 3 kids. Rachel was very coordinator and she always kept me updated. Thanks to Dr. Silber's team..

Wanted mini-IVF, he said traditional IVF tho. Told we get DAILY updates on embryos. Thurs 19 follicles, 11 eggs retrieved, 5 mature. Didnt hear ANYTHING after this!!! I called next week Wed (Tue was to be PGD test). Told 5 gone but other 6 were matured & being tested that afternoon. I allowed HOPE. THEN, a few hrs later the PGD co. EMAILED to say no testing done on TUES b/c there were NO embryos left? Took forever to get any info and only told use donor eggs? NEVER EXPLAINED what happened!!

We wanted to share our appreciation to Dr. Silber, Dr. DeRosa and their staff. We are truly blessed with the arrival of daughter, Avalynn Grace. Families that have gone through the journey of trying to have a child know the significant challenges involved. Dr. Silber, Dr. DeRosa, and their caring staff showed us that with experience, determination, optimism, and compassion, we can succeed. We have a beautiful daughter today and are truly thankful to them.

After a lot of research, we chose Dr. Silber to do my husband's vasectomy reversal. After meeting with him, we knew we made the right choice. He was compassionate and professional. He was also very open about the success rate of the surgery after encountering some complications with the reversal. We trusted him and his expertise--9 years later, our 7-year-old daughter is proof Dr. Silber is an expert in his field. We highly recommend him!

We came to Dr Silber for a vasectomy reversal. This was presented to us as a better option and first step towards a pregnancy. Dr Silber actually saved sperm during the process to use as a back up, which was for us a fear and while we considered whether or not to try ivf.

After over a year of trying to conceive naturally and 5 rounds of IUI, a surgery to remove endometriosis revealed that I had many other medical complications that would make getting pregnant naturally very difficult. Dr. Silber explained that with the complications I had, our best chances of having a baby would be through in vitro fertilization and he suggested that we do the mini- IVF. We ended up pregnant on the very first try! I now have a beautiful 2 month old daughter thanks to his team!
