Very knowledgeable and pleasant.

Dr. Smith is phenomenal. I highly recommend seeing this doctor. She was caring, listened and communicated so well.

Won't go back. She gave me a cortisone shot in the bottom of my foot without numbing my foot at all. Very painful. Obviously, she should have given novacaine before sticking a needle into my arch. I figure she didn't want to wait for pain reliever to take effect.

Went to see Dr. Smith with c/o heel pain, which I suspected was a heel spur which I had before. Got an appointment within a couple of weeks, thankfully. The office staff was very nice, as was the doctor. She did an x-ray, and exam of my foot. I received some helpful information as well as a steroid injection into my heel, and some inserts for my shoes to pad the heel area. Within just a few days, I was feeling so much better after having months of pain. I highly recommend Dr. Smith!

My husband got hurt at work 4/30/19. After 3 months, one of his injuries(right great toe) got infected to the point of some of his nerves in his toe had started to die. After seeing 4 doctors (3 from the same facility, and 1 from the ER.) They kept treating it with antibiotic's that didn't really help. Asking for a referral to a podiatrist, I called 4 of them in and around our community and no one would take him as an emergency or a WC claim. Dr. Smith was referred to us. When we called she agreed to see him immediately no questions asked. She performed the needed procedure and my husband is on a healing path. We can't even begin to say how wonderful Dr. Smith was. She was extremely confident of what needed to be done and she made it work with her schedule at the last minute.... I just want to say that we live 1 1/2hr. away, and should my family have major foot issues again, We would become a patient of Plymouth Podiatry without a doubt. Very confident and knowledgeable.
