Dr. Sheryl Holley, MD

This women put me in the hospital due to her negligence and lack of mental health knowledge. This doctor is dismissive of symptoms, outdated in her style, dangerously charts in other family members charts thinking the whole visit they were my sister when it was my aunt. She did not send panic episode meds for indicated bilateral pulsatile tinnitus. I ended up getting severely depressed lost my job due to the depression not being treated. It was not due to my depression. It was due to her not cooperating with psychiatry (strong ties) (urmc) accusing )with no valid charted truth of this) me of drug addiction when no urine tox has ever come back positive in 26 years. No lie, the lady referred me to drug addiction inpatient. For what? What drug am I addicted to and requesting early? Never once. She tries to cover her butt. because she does a crummy job at most everything she does. Please if u need mental health help move on. She’s not capable.

I have had Dr. Holley for many, many years. I am a liver transplant patient and am well taken care of every time I am in her office. She listens to me and works very hard to take care of all my medical concerns. I am going to miss her because I can't follow her to her new destination. But I know if my new Dr. has to confer with her regarding anything about my hearth issues, that she will graciously do so. She's the best.

very bad attitude towards my concerns and does not follow up on prescription orders to drug pharmacy. After calling after hours , the on call doctor called in the prescription. Because of my complaint the doctor released me from her practice! She is despicable!

first off I think it is bull that you sit on hold for 20 minutes waiting to talk with some one. Then you cant get in for two days when you are having issues I guess urgent care is the next thing to do then its time to find a new doctor

Dr. Holley is smart and kind. She takes care of the basics with a great office staff and refers to terrific specialists. She listens and assesses and communicates the way doctors used to do. she's a friend to her patients and instills trust.
