Felt Violated and Misinformed
This doctor 1. Came in with the incorrect patient file and had to leave in order to retrieve my records, 2. Did not even know what procedure I was there for once my personal records were retrieved, 3. Did not explain what she was going to do before touching me and instead just began the exam making me feel extremely uncomfortable and violated and, 4. Did not even tell me about a diagnosis that could negatively affect my health. I just now found out about the diagnosis FOUR YEARS LATER from another doctor. Avoid, avoid, avoid. I am extremely upset and angry about this treatment and cannot believe that a professional could practice with this level of carelessness.

Terrible. My wife was subjected to political talk and criticism. Not appropriate for a professional MD to behave this way. Complete nonsense of a Dr.

The 1 star is for Dr. Park's staff, I tried calling for 4 weeks, constantly being forced to leave voicemail message & no one ever called me back. Extremely frustrating & alarming. Thankfully I was only trying to schedule a routine exam, but what if I had something really wrong? They scheduled an appointment for my daughter, she took time off of work, received confirmation email & text, only to find out the office was closed that day. No phone call to reschedule or apologize.

I have seen Dr. Parks for five years. I am completely satisfied with her. I enjoy my visits and I feel I have received excellent care. She has taken care of a couple of issues for me. I always feel respected. The only negative is long wait times - but that makes sense for a superior doctor.

I have known Sheryl for over 15 years and find her to be very in tune w/her patients. Very caring and I trust her. She is a wonderful doctor.

The doctor is very in tune with her patients, takes plenty of time to discuss concerns and diagnoses. However, the front desk employee is consistently rude and short with the patients and should received additional customer service training.
