Dr. Sheryl Zayas, DO

Dr. Zayas is the medical director for a multi-tiered healthcare operation serving multiple locations with a diverse client base across South Florida, and yet she still makes time to practice medicine. She is caring and knowledgeable, and she goes the extra mile for all those who see her.

I was a patient of Dr. Zayas for many years, but the care has plummeted. The office staff is consistently unfriendly and unreachable, with hours spent on hold and unreturned messages. The waiting room is so crowded that I've had to sit on the floor. Appointments are impossible to get, especially when sick. Dr. Zayas misses critical preventive care and isn't up-to-date on medications due to 'lack of time.' Complaints go unanswered. For your health's sake, avoid Dr. Zayas and Broward Care Resource at all costs.

Everytime I see her she always asks me about my family girlfriend she remembers everyone and will help in every way she can all around awesome doctor whoever wrote the bad review is a idiot ...

As a trans person who had trouble finding a hormone prescriber, I’m glad I found Dr. Zayas, who is always personable, answers my questions, and makes sure my hormone levels stay where they’re supposed to be. If you’re trans, I recommend going to her

After 7 years does not know my name, cant remember prescriptions to write and send to pharmacy, forgets discussions from 5 minutes ago let alone last week or month. Acts like she cares but actions are louder than words. I can't type the words to describe her and how horrible I feel my treatment from her has been. Unacceptable, she should find a new line of work if she is this bad and cares this little.
