I just had my first yearly physicals with Dr Hopkins. I am amazed at how thorough she is and her attention to detail is phenomenal. She has her A game on from the moment she walks into the room, listens to every concern you have and more. I am blessed to have found her, especially this close to home in Sun City Center. Baycare Doctors have never let me down, and each one continues to impress me more and more. Her staff is also wonderful...Linda ...I believe is her name on the fron desk? Is so personable, friendly and welcoming, a true assest to her team. If you have had bad luck at other Primary's or found their staff unruly....please try Dr Shiela Hopkins, you will not be dissappointed.

This office is so unprofessional!!!! I have had three appointments and every time I call the day before I can’t get a hold of anyone. Meaning, all I get is a recording and then I get hung up on. Please find another doctor.

Dr. Sheyla Hopkins is the absolute best primary care doctor that I have found in this area! She was very attentive to my needs and concerns and took the time to express hers as well! She checked me from head to toe during my exam. Her nurse and PA both were extremely nice and very thorough as well. Dr. Hopkins is a rare find for a truly caring physician here in a heavily populated senior age group in Florida! I have already recommended Dr. Hopkins to several other friends.

Had an issue with this office entering my wifes prescriptions,,,, when voiced concern we got a certified letter dropping my wife. A month later I got a phone message that my prescriptions were not refilled and Dr. Hopkins says I am no longer her patient,,,, no certified letter or any other notice, and out of blood pressure medication. Really a professional outfit, would not recommend this office at all !!!!

Clinic is too busy; I can't even get an appointment when I'm sick. Six months ago scheduled my physical and their office called and left a voicemail that they won't be able to see me the day I scheduled and gave me a new time (which was not going to work for me) When I called to reschedule they have no appointment available until September (This is May) I'll be finding a new Doctor. back in October 2016 I was so sick and couldn't get in at all; ended up with Bronchitis. Not happy!
