My Mama took her final breath on 2/3/2021 - almost TWO YEARS AGO - and yet, I CONTINUE to receive notifications to schedule appointments for her "Wellness Checkup." I received two emails, both dated 11/9/2022 as well as voice messages from Dr. Varughese’s office. When I called the office to inform them of this gross error, "Holly" the office manager, apologized profusely and yet I CONTINUE to receive these notifications! I requested Dr. Varughese call me; as of today (11/30/2022), I await his call. When I think over my mother's treatment during her bout with breast cancer and my asking questions to obtain a greater understanding of her treatment, I walked away with the thoughts that he did not approve of my questions and his course of action. Doctors and patients are PARTNERS in the patients' healthcare. I was - and continue to be - my mother's advocate. There is absolutely NO excuse I should be receiving these emails. This is indicative of how the practice operates.

Dr. Varughese is not consistent with diagnoses which can be problematic for cancer patients.

I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer & received the ultimate treatment from Dr Shibu. He really cares about the total well being of his patients. He takes time with them and answers any questions that you may have. I underwent surgery and chemotherapy in 2016-17. I am more than happy to say that I am cancer free almost 4 years later.

Upon meeting Dr Varughese I found his bedside manner professional and friendly. He actually listened to my issue and wasn’t eager to rush me out the door. I wish more doctors practiced this methodology of quality healthcare and not quantity. I’m thankful to call him my healthcare provider.

Dr. Shibu is a blessing! He took his time with me, and his diagnosis and treatment were effective immediately. He is a very kind man. His office staff were also excellent.

Dr. Varughese is an excellent healthcare provider. I’ve had very positive results under his care for migraines after not having much luck with other physicians.

Dr. shibu is the greatest Dr I've ever met he is kind , very theral and has taken very good care of me . I would recommend him to the world. His staff is awesome and very courteous to the patients here. I say he rates a 10 that being the best ever. I trust him with my life and he decisions he has made for my health. He spends quality time with me as a patient. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Varughese is a blessed to me I had internal bleeding and also colonoscopy done. Know I'm happy to say know more bleeding.

I highly recommend Dr. Varughese. He listens to what you have to say and addresses each and every question. I was never made to feel like I was being rushed. The office staff are very kind, polite and helpful. Thanking God for directing me to Dr. Varughese..

I have been seeing Dr. Shibu for over 3 years now. He's literally the best doctor I've ever had. I think he and his staff are fantastic. Dr. Shibu never makes me feel rushed and he always takes my concerns seriously. I'm so happy to be able to say that Dr. Shibu is my doctor!

Dr. Shibu, hands down has been the best doctor that I have the pleasure being a patience of in the west bank area. Dr. Shibu takes his time with each and every patience not matter if its a minor cut or a serious illness. He makes you feel like a person and truly cares about you well being. If you are looking for a new Doctor I highly recommend giving Bethesda Medical Clinic a call. Their staff and doctors exceeds industry expectation.

This doctor I a God fearing man of God. He is very compassionate and understanding. He will be honest & up front with you at all times. I absolutely love this doctor he is more than a doctor he is a friend & does prey for his patients. They start every day in that office with prayer. You will find scripture on dry erase boards in the exam rooms, I enjoy reading them it does boost your faith. I highly suggest you give him a try I'm sure you will not be disappointed. Great doctor.
