Telehealth
Every appointment with Dr. Kheterpal is such a positive experience, it truly brightens my day! I always look forward to seeing her and enjoy my drive to the Cleveland Clinic to see her. She genuinely cares about her patients, stays updated with the latest technology and advancements in dermatology, and is incredibly knowledgable in her field. Dr. K takes the time to get to know me, and remembers specific details about my kids, always follows up, which makes me feel valued and cared for. On top of her exceptional professionalism, she carries herself with such grace and elegance. She's stunning by the way! I couldn't imagine trusting my dermatological care to anyone else.

Terrible experience… has no idea what she’s doing. Hides behind Cleveland Clinic name to give herself prestige but will rip you off just to bring a profit to her department and please her superiors then disappears when you ask her to explain herself

She kept claiming there was no way the Trivantage laser she used on me damaged my skin VIA EMAIL. She never even examined me to see if my claims could even POSSIBLY be true. She is an arrogant and incompetent narcissist who destroyed my skin. I now am spending thousands to correct what she did. Wish I never came across this person who has wreaked havoc in my life and refused to face the music afterwards. Stay away; there are more qualified and more educated doctors out there. Beware!
