The doctor refuses to return phone calls from patients in emergencies. Staff if just nasty and unaccommodating. Nobody there has compassion or work ethic. It’s obvious by reading these reviews now that we all need to find a real doctor and not some inconsiderate factory doctor. Shame on you “doctor” for not fixing these issues and running such an awful practice. The oath you took is a complete lie.

Although knowledgeable, she lacked any personal care. I had a very extreme reaction to prescribed medication(this is not her fault) and asked to speak to her briefly before she prescribed something else. She flatly refused to talk to me unless I came into the office. Perhaps it’s an old-school value to expect a doctor to actually care about you, and take a moment to speak with you, but that is my expectation. Especially since I have other doctors who are more than willing to speak for a few minutes. I believe she only would speak to me if I came in so she could charge me. I was asking for assurance only - that a new course of treatment wouldn’t impact me like the first did. I will find someone who actually cares about patients, not just the bottom line.

Zero stars is most appropriate. With a referral and all the goods reviews, I looked forward to meeting the Dr. but couldn’t get past the paperwork required to make an appointment, which I successful fax’d as requested and they can’t find it! Of course the paperwork has PPI all over it with clearly no regard from the staff. Dr. really needs to implement better policies, equipment and staff to safeguard patient info.

Staff is nasty and gave me a hard time because the Dr's billing department double dipped and I caught it. They told me to go there to pick up a check and when I asked them to mail it they got very nasty. I waited over a week for the check. Once I called an told them I was going to file a claim against them for insurance fraud they sent the check out and I got it the next day. Make sure you are not getting billed twice. I will not going back there and dealing with the nasty attitudes in that office again!

Dr. S. Singh was caring, considerate, attentive, and knowledgeable. She listened to our concerns and gave a solution for each one. Would recommend her highly to anyone who needs an endocrinologist.

I had a phone visit that I had to wait a week in order to get she never even showed up for my visit I am a schoolteacher I had to return to class I am a nervous wreck about the blood results that I received not only did she not even give me results she didn’t even get on the phone what a shame and disgrace will never use this doctor ever

1. Dr. Singh is withholding medical service during a time of adverse reaction to a prescribed drug due to an internal billing issue which is no fault of the patient. Their billing department admitted that they are "confused" with how to bill my insurance, despite them being in the network. Because of that, the office told me I can no longer have any visits or phone calls until they straighten it out. I was told this 1 hour befoore Dr. Singh was supposed to call me to address a cardiac adverse reaction to a drug she prescribed. I never got to speak to her. 2. Dr. Singh has a lack of knowledge of the drugs she prescribes and the side effects of those drugs. This lack of knowledge caused a significant drop in my potassium despite numerous requests from me to prescribe potassium with a well-known potassium depleting diuretic. 3. Dr. Singh has an incorrect diagnosis in my medical chart and refuses to correct it. It is really not a surpirse that Coastal Healthcare dropped them.

Doesn’t return phone calls. Over 1 hr to see her for a scheduled appointment. Billing dept is rude and incompetent, they tell you they except your insurance on the phone then send you a bill for the entire visit. Try to get me to come In for a visit to tell me results were in inconclusive. I do not recommend her.

Finding out after they said they were in network and my insurance they weren’t. Received a huge bill in the mail. They charged my for two visits the second one just tell tell me nothing was wrong. Over 200 to tell me that. Ridiculous. I can’t afford that.

Waste of time and copay... there was a reason she was easy to get an appointment with.
