Dr. Shimeka Banks, MD

Dr. Banks saved me and my baby’s life! She listened to my concerns and acted quickly.

She was rude and gave me dirty looks the whole time she was talking. Didnt care about pain i was in and didnt listen to my concerns. I will never see this dr again.

I can't remember who is who because since I been its been different Dr's. But if a no star ratings they will get no stars. For one they never make you feel comfortable. I had 2 appts cancelled to book later on a date that they overbooked. They close at 5pm I left at 6pm n was there at 3pm? What takes the cake I called for an medical consent form so I can get tooth pulled in they said they can't give it to me I have to go to their dentist. So when you can't choose your own dentist. Ridiculous

The wait times is sometimes crazy. But I know that Dr. Banks cares and it shows!

My experience was great. Dr. Banks is very attentive and follows up in a timely matter. My procedure was flawless and knowing she was my doctor put me at ease.

I have state insurance and they move soo slow like everyone knows but Dr. Banks has been cordial, professional and very understanding. I have had the best experience as her patient and will send my daughters to her when they are old enough. She is a great doctor and has always followed up on my calls, requests and questions. Very easy to talk to and considerate.

She doesn't return important patient calls! I was supposed to have a surgery scheduled she called me the night before at 6:00pm to cancel a surgery that was to take place the following day at 6:00 am. She rescheduled it due to my insurance not approving it yet. I called her the following Monday to find out if my insurance had accepted it yet and if my surgery would still be taking place. I left a message and never received a call back. Same thing on Tuesday. What type of doctor does this?!
