HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
One of the worst experiences I have ever had. I came in for an ear wax cleaning, and he was very aggressive and did not listen to my needs. I kept asking for breaks because it felt very painful to me, and he did not seem to care at all. He was very defensive and tried to gaslight me into believing that it wasn't as painful as I was making it out to be. I had to cry for him to stop, and after that, he just walked out. He did not have an ounce of patience for me and was not understanding. Also, his equipment is very outdated. I went to another ENT the next week, and they were great! They used tools that didn't feel as invasive and dangerous as his. They actually listened to my needs and tried their best not to hurt me. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!

The worst doctor I ever bump to. I would expect that this doctor has a lot of experiences due to his age. Unfortunately he misjudged my son badly. He said my son has nose cancer without any testing. I was so worry and took my son to another 4 ENT doctors for verification. It turned out that this doctor diagnosed wrong all the way. We were worry for nothing. He cannot even tell the difference between nose cancer and adenoid. I started to have suspicion where he got his medical degree. If you are seeking a doctor with professionalism and courtesy, pls skip this doctor. He has made my family miserable. Shame on this doctor. No wonder his business is so poor.

Great doctor! I've had on-again, off-again sinus pressure for most of my adult life, and thought it was just something that I had to live with (I usually just popped OTC pills). It had never occurred to me to see a doctor about it, but my friend recommended Dr. Hsu, who cleared out my sinuses. Wish I'd gone to see him many years ago. Thank you, Dr. Hsu!

Super friendly doctor, answered all of my questions. Knew exactly what to prescribe, and I felt better almost immediately. Quiet, small office but pleasant.
