Dr. Shirish Amin, MD

Front desk had me wait 1 and 20 minutes to sign papers and pick up prescription. She (Billie Beeler ??? No name tag) was wearing baggie sweatpants and a zip hoodie . She also had blue hair in a ponytail tail and wore glasses. When I went to take a photo of the witness paper I signed, she became very rude and mouthy. She stated , “I could have made you a copy!”I ask why the prescription could not be called in, she stated, “ this is how we do it here!”She tossed. Few more papers at me curtly explaining them. She then asked me to sign another paper. I ask for a copy, she flung her chair back, made me a copy, then threw it at me. We will cancel the procedure and have it performed at a different facility. If this front desk person represents this office, I would hate to see what the rest is like.

Dr Amin and all of his staff were kind and caring and made this experience very easy and painless. Even the nurse inserting the IV made me feel at ease, and she was gentle and did an excellent job. Everything was explained clearly and I had opportunities to ask questions. Dr Amin was very personable and clearly explained my results. Highly recommend this center and staff!

When first walked into Dr Amins Digestive Health Center, I was warmly welcomed by Lynne, she explained all the paperwork and consents and took me back to my waiting area, after changing the NA come in and went over the anesthesia and the nurses got my IV started and my vitals very quickly, very soon after that they took me into the procedure room where Dr. Amin was sitting and he was very friendly and we discussed some things and made me feel very comfortable. When I come out of procedure Dr Amin come in shortly after explained some things and his nurses then come In and made sure I was comfortable, Dr Amin stopped in again and was very nice. Thank you Dr Amin and his Digestive Health Staff all of you are great! From the time I walked into office and left I was there maybe an 1.5 hours. Highly recommended and he is the only gastroenterologist I will ever see.

My experience went very smoothly from as soon as I walked into his office for my procedure until I left. Highly recommend Dr. Amin, he provided very thorough care.

I had my first colonoscopy after my 50th birthday. The office staff was very helpful and thorough when explaining my prep instructions. The day of, all of the surgery center staff was very nice. The nurses were so thoughtful and did a great job with my IV. The procedure room staff were super nice and respectful. After the scope, Dr. Amin came and told me how it went. He answered all of my questions. Would definitely recommend.

Had my 1st colonoscopy today at age 66 with Dr. AMIN. Everything went smoothly. All interactions were pleasant. Procrdure and findings explained by Dr. Amin and nurse.

I recently had another colonoscopy with Dr. Amin. I am pleased with all aspects of his care.

Dr. Amin is always kind, caring and attentive. He's an excellent Doctor. I trust him with my care.

Had a Colonoscopy on a Friday & was told someone would call w/biopsy results by Monday. That seemed really fast to me but was happy to hear this. Call came on Monday asking how I felt (which was very nice) but had no results yet. Was told to expect a call by Wednesday. Nothing. Finally I call them on Friday & Renee is rude to me, she is abrupt & kept interrupting me. She wanted to argue. She said I was CONFUSED & that I didn’t really hear what I was told. That biopsy calls are only made when it’s a bad result. This is NOT what I was told & I am NOT confused. What a condescending thing to say to a worried patient or anyone for that matter. Completely unprofessional, uncaring & frustrating. The procedure Nurses however are GREAT & so is Doctor Amin. I am SO grateful to them. But, Renee needs to go to an active listening course. No one appreciates being spoken to like this. I had to hang up as she just would not listen & kept interrupting & arguing. Crazy experience. How unfortunate.

From start to finish my procedure went flawlessly. The prep and day of procedure was understandably explained in detail so there was no apprehension whatsoever. Great job.

Dr. Amin and his entire staff are exceptional. My husband and I both had colonoscopy’s recently. Procedure was completed efficiently. I was also impressed that Dr. Amin called with the results rather than having staff call. I would highly recommend Dr. Amin.

Dr Amin is Amazing I will go to him every time I need my Colon checked. His staff is Very Professional from Office,Nurses & Anesthesiologists.
