Prior to the procedure I was a little nervous even though doing the colonoscopy for the second time. Dr. Donelson alleviated my fears. The next thing I remember is waking up and the doctor explaining the findings of my test. She also provided information to my daughter. She is the best GI provider in the area.

She was kind, professional and supportive.

In consideration of all my visits, this was the most comfortable I have been. Dr. Donelson along with her awesome staff made my visit relaxed and peaceful. The Anesthesiologist has a sweet spirit, along with other staff members.

Dr. Donelson, listens to all my concerns without rushing me. She genuinely cares about her patient’s health.

All nurses, etc have told me many times before texts that I've had that everyone loves her. There have been many times that she has personally called me just to check on me if she hasn't seen or heard from me ... I've never had a Dr like her. Of you need a GI Dr ... I was very pleased with my last visit. I was seen at my appointment time. I was in and within an hour.

I appreciate the fact that my appointment was late evening but they called me and I was seen earlier. everybody was warm and informative and I had the best care and I really like Dr. Donaldson and her staff as my caregiver. Dr. Donaldson has been my G.I. doctor for a very long time i’m very relaxed with her and her ability to get the job done I trust Dr. Donaldson and that goes a long ways with me being able to trust your doctor to do What is best for you. The fact that she’s been doing this for a very long time tells me she’s very stable very caring and careful and she enjoy what she does I would hate to see her retire anytime soon because anytime I help or need a G.I. procedure I would like for Dr. Donaldson to be my doctor. Dr. Donaldson always welcomed me with a beautiful smile and that alone put me at rest knowing that somebody cares about what’s going on with me .

I have has many doctors appointments and procedures but this was the best The staff was warm and friendly and very willing to help with all my personal needs. When the nurse inserted the needle in my arm one the first try that was a very good experience no has ever been able to do that on the first try. She told her time and was very nice.
