I have been seeing Dr. Kheradmand for my dermatology needs for a couple of years. I cannot imagine receiving better care from any other physician. She truly supports her patients for skin examinations, and pays close attention to any concern voiced by the patient. Besides being a very competent physician, she is a lovely human being. She genuinely connects with her patients and makes them feel heard and totally cared for. When there was a situation that required surgery, she graciously deferred to a specialist for the surgery which was beyond the protocol of her dermatological practice. If I could give her 10 stars, I would. Dr. Kheradmand is highly recommended by me for any dermatology treatment and procedure. She is the best in her field that I've found over the several years that I've had dermatology issues.

Dr Kheradmand is knowledgeable, experienced, supportive, compassionate, and kind. She always does what is best for her patients. I will continue to get my cosmetic work with her as long as she is practicing.

Dr. Kheradmand is VERY thorough and actually caught a squamous cell carcinoma on my neck that the previous dermatologist dismissed as nothing! She is also very kind and friendly.

I had a disappointing experience with Dr. K. After arriving on time for my 8:00 AM appointment, I was roomed and left waiting until 8:15 AM, only to be told she called out after her shift started. I had to then reschedule. When I saw her again a few days later, there was no acknowledgment or apology for her absence. I specifically scheduled to see her because her Physician Assistant had mishandled my case, leading to significant delays in getting the proper documentation for my medication approval. Despite knowing I was upset and frustrated, Dr. K was dismissive and rude. She had an opportunity to take accountability and make things right, but instead, she was cold and deflected blame. Even though my medical issue had worsened, she failed to conduct a proper physical exam or show any real concern for my well-being. A doctor should listen, empathize, and advocate for their patients—unfortunately, Dr. Kheradmand did none of those things.

Very gentle, always checking to make sure that you, the patient, are comfortable and not in pain. I have seen her several times and would seek her out if she were to move from Pacific Dermatology.

I was diagnosed with Hidradenitis Suppurativa about two years ago. The automatically wanted me to go on injections. I went to Dr Shiva Kheradmand, DO a Pacific Dermatology in Murrieta for a second opinion. She was able to put me on spironolactone, a wash and ointment. This has helped my life so much, my life is 90% better. I definitely would recommend her for any needs.

Her professionalism and her care for me. She listens. The first doctor in 20 yrs that I have gone to that took the time to hear me and found the right medicine for me. It’s a miracle and so is she

She was very kind to me and listened to me explain what was going on with my skin. She instantly knew what was going on. She made a recommendation for a medication and I started it. Within a week I felt relief. She also did a skin check and removed a mole. It had a-typical cells, but was ok for now. The whole office in Murrieta is so kind and helpful with dealing with my insurance.

I started seeing Dr. K about 2 yrs ago for hair loss. I had tried everything under the sun & spent so much time & money trying so many things. It was so frustrating & no one seemed to care, they just wanted to sell me stuff. On my first appt. with Dr. K I was waiting for her & I could hear her in the room next to me with a patient & I could tell how much she honestly cared about her patients. When it was my turn I was simply AMAZED! She surely confirmed what I had heard, she sincerely does care! She was the first doctor to ever take the time to listen to what I had been going through with the hair loss & ordered a scalp biopsy to find out exactly what the problem was. She has been treating me for alopecia ever since. She is also very thorough when coming up with a treatment plan. She wants to make sure you are happy on the outside & the inside! Her staff is FANTASTIC, everyone is always so nice & helpful & that isn't easy when you spend your days working with the public :) Thank you!!!

Doctor has help me with my hair. I was losing it and now it’s growing back. Thank you !!!I also had brown spots on my face and she prescribed a prescription which is working great. She has a great personality. She lessons to all my questions. Her staff are very helpful and kind. I would highly recommend Dr Kheradmand.

Dr. K listened to my concerns about aging and gave healthy suggestions. Once she provided a treatment, she gave perfect instructions and was gentle during procedures.

This Dr. was very skilled and professional. I had quite a large excision for her to perform and she did it painlessly, quickly and I believe with her follow up advise, a small scar. The follow up appt. Was on time and she really shows concern and care. I highly recommend Dr. K

I had been to other doctors, my primary care, acupuncture, chiropractors, and also other dermatologists. No one could help me with my itchy burning upper arms that happened mostly at night. I thought I was going to go crazy. No one had heard of it. But Dr. Keradmand took about 30 seconds to prescribe gabapentin, which WORKED!! I am so grateful to her. I sleep well and my arms are no longer scarred from excessive itching. She's the real deal.
