A co-worker recommended Dr. Kincaid since the location is close to our office. I was not impressed and would not recommend Dr. Kincaid as a primary care provider. I felt rushed, did not feel listened to, and felt dismissed about my concerns.

I have been a patient with Dr. Kincaid for 4 years. She is not personable at all. I always have to wait at least 30-45 minutes beyond my appointment time to be seen, she is always rushed, rude, she does not want to make decisions about my health care. She will tell me to see a specialist. If she is not competent to treat any of my illnesses then I'm not sure why she is a doctor. After these past 4 years of dealing with her, it's time for me to move on. I would not recommend her at all.

For whatever reason, care quality has declined across the years. I feel like a number and scheduling neglect or error has me behind in needed appointments. I cannot afford to continue under these conditions at my age.
