Dr. Shivda Pandey, MD

This was not my visit but my mothers. She had never met her or knows her case in full details. My mom was just recently diagnosed with heart spasms after having a heart attack in January. We have been going back and forth to BMC about once a month since January when she had her heart attack. Never once had my mother met this doctor before and she did not help. After barely knowing her case she then told my mother that she is running out of options to help her spasms and chest pains. This has affected my mother immensely losing hope that she will survive with her new condition. This just does not seem like something a doctor should be saying to a patient she was just meeting. Her regular cardiologist has game plans with helping find a way to help her spasms. You can clearly tell she did not read any previous notes and it was extremely disappointing. I just would have expected more from a cardiologist to help her patients instead of making them lose hope.
