Dr. Shlomi Tapiero, MD

TERRIBLE. I would NOT recommend this dr to anyone. He appeared inattentive, told me that the prominent indentation in my kidney I was probably born with, when I asked why it was never addressed in the past he said, 'they probably just didn't see it'. I told him that kidney had shut down in the past and I was hospitalized. It was as tho he ignored everything I said. When he asked if I had blood in the urine I could see I said no but when a UA was done there was blood in it. He asked if I was incontinent and I said yes. He did nothing. He did not order a UA and told me...'just try not to think about it, sorry we couldn't help you today' got up and left the room.

First time visit with Dr Tapiero. I was seeing him for ED issues caused by a cardiac medicine I am taking. My cardiologist was concerned that viagra might be a problem for me and referred me to a urologist. Dr. Tapiero was outstanding. Down to earth, easy to converse with, sensitive to my situation. He indicated that there would not be any risk in my use of viagra if we started with a low dose and gradually increased if needed. He then contacted my cardiologist immediately after I left his office. My cardiologist agreed with Dr. Tapiero's approach and, by day's end, I had a prescription for viagra.
