Outstanding doc!
I had to see Dr. Murali urgently given some significant vision changes pre-surgical (for ear). She was amazing...quick, insightful, supportive...can't imagine having a better experience with anyone else, and have already given her multiple recommendations to friends who need cataract surgery.

Worst experience with an ophthalmologist
It was my first visit to the Eye Care associates for an annual diabetic check-up visit. I've been going to HealthPartners for the same visit for over 20 years and never had been treated so lackadaisically. First, I warned that I was allergic to certain eye drops - they promised they would use hypoallergenic ones, nevertheless I had allergic reaction - itchy, teary eyes for nearly a month. When I called about that condition I was brushed off with an advice to use artificial tears. Secondly, I got a bill for $85 in addition to my insurance and co-payment for 'determination of refractive state'- this examination has always been part of the comprehensive annual exam. I was not informed that it was extra & I did not ask for it. The billing department refused to rectify the situation as 'the doctor billed it that way'. Dr. Murali ignored my messages and letters and I am still getting bills.
