Arrogant, rude, doesn’t pretend to care, doesn’t listen, doesn’t explain, doesn’t answer questions, no respect for patients, last visit, didn’t order lab work - had to tell nurse in examining room - back to waiting room, go to lab- back to waiting room- then back to examining room. Does he even know what he is doing? Wouldn’t recommend him to roadkill. Won’t go back to see him.

Won’t go back
I am over 65 female with breast cancer. First visit was a waste of my time because the Onco report had not come back, he spent less than 5 minutes telling me that, appt over. Second visit he was dismissive of any side effects of Aromatase Inhibitors, maybe a few muscle aches or hot flashes but said “they are no big deal”. He didn’t ask about any previous bone density scans or results or recommend getting one. He just prescribed Hormone blocker and said come back in 5 weeks. He has obviously never had to deal with hormone effects as a woman. I have dealt with hysterectomy and menopause, did a lot of research. I had my PCP order bone density so I would know how my bones are now. I am looking for new doctor.

Great Place To Be!!!
Dr. Diggikar is knowledgeable and was concerned about finding the right treatment option for me. He takes time to answer my questions during office visits and responds through his nurse quickly when I email. I’m thankful to God to have been sent to Dr. Diggikar and Texas Oncology staff in South Arlington.

Patient Care
My Personal Experience... Dr Diggikar is lacking in the bed side manner of his practice. He knows his craft however does not know how to explain to a patient that wants to know information. When challenged he seems to get defensive and shuts down. With a diagnosis of cancer of anything I would like to see an oncologist have more fight and hope in them, than "I am doing the best I can". Yes my cancer is terminal but celebrate the good news when you can. Instead of pointing out all the bad. We know its bad. I also feel his patient to doctor ratio is off. He does not study or check with his staff with portal messages or phone calls with challenges. my 15 min window for my appointments always seem rushed. If new meds are introduced at that time there is a lack of explanation of how to administer them. Which leads to mistakes.
