Lacks Empathy - Poor Communication -
A really bad experience. Ended up firing her as a Dr even though it means delays in treatment and likely crossing over into new insurance year. Dr Singh was that bad. I was scheduled and the appointment was cancelled on the day of after a long wait and rescheduled a month later. Location of appointment was changed by them 3 times, very confusing. The Dr was all about her. Staff promised times were not met. Dr not concerned about my feelings or thoughts. Eye-rolled a diagnosis and acted like here goes another self-diagnosed person except my PCP had made the diagnosis. Not warm. Not caring about me or my needs. All about her needs and hurrying up. I'm used to my Drs being more empathetic, concerned about my well-being, having a dialogue instead of talking at me. It was not the case with her. As I was going to need a procedure, I needed a Dr that was better in communicating, more empathetic, not in such a hurry, believed in dialogue. I am getting a different Dr anyone but her
