Dr Jagtap is very caring and listens to my concerns. She always answers my questions and discusses things with me.

I scheduled to see Dr. Jagtap because I was having a wide variety of symptoms including neurological, digestive, and muscular that were strongly affecting my daily functioning. Dr. Jagtap kept interrupting me when I tried to describe my symptoms and quickly decided I just need to eat more. I brought up family history concerns with Thyroid and she said that wasn't it before even ordering tests. I requested blood tests. I left feeling very invalidated. I scheduled to go back because my symptoms were getting worse and impacting work. I took my fiancé with me and she addressed him, rather than speaking to me about my concerns. She spent the beginning of our appointment asking about his health (he's also her patient). She then asked me what I didn't understand about our last appointment and told me I needed to "calm down" when I tried to finish my sentence. She was VERY dismissive. It wasn't until I handed her a typed out list of my symptoms that she acknowledge my concerns.

Arrived 3 minutes late, waited additional 2 minutes for person on the phone at the desk. As a result, she would not see me! I waited weeks to get in and now I still have no provider. I absolutely don’t want to go back to her and imagine she is pretty darn lazy to cancel one of her first appointments of the day bc I was 3 minutes late (not to mention I already had an extended appointment scheduled). I don’t trust that she will take care of people when she turns them away on a whim! This also reflects poorly on the hospital network!

Complete trash! Anyone who calls this person a good doctor... I seriously question their judgement. Communication sucks, they take days to send in refills, hold your meds hostage. We had a death in the family and this “healer” wanted to terminate due to rescheduling an appointment. Ridiculous, sad and pathetic doctor.

Went for my first visit with her and she was very thorough and helpful. I am confident in her ability to be my new doctor

Very dismissive, rude, egotistical. I went in for a concern over enlarged lymph nodes, she did not provide thorough examination. Ended up getting blood tests done that revealed a mono like illness and when I went back for a second visit, she became aggressive and refused to treat me because I told her I felt she was being dismissive at first visit and wanted to provide a further history into my background so we could communicate more clearly. Very unprofessional, unethical.

A patient for over 5 yrs, Dr. JAGTAP has treated me with dignity & respect. She's attentive & smart. Her medical advice is sound. If you want to discuss alternatives, she listens with an open mind. Honest, sincere, personable, insightful, with just the right amount of humor, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the intelligent, friendly, experienced Dr. JAGTAP! ??

I don't think the office is run very well. It will take days to get a call back from a staff member. While, I like Dr. Jagtap's approach to care and bedside manners. I have encountered too many situations where I wait to get health questions answered.
