Pleasant ER visit
I’ve been to the hospital many times over the last few years with my husband. Unfortunately, as he’s gotten older, we’ve had more frequent visits. He hates going to the hospital. The last time, he really didn’t want to get admitted. She worked with our specialist to manage him at home. She spoke with our daughter on the phone and discussed the plan with us as a family. Wrote out everything she had already explained and even drew a picture to help my husband understand better. We were very pleased with our experience.

She is a nightmare!
She makes you feel stupid when you ask questions, super slow on getting attention, and is very condescending. I was really sick and she has zero sympathy!
