What started as a great experience quickly turned into a nightmare for me. Her team kept refusing to listen to me, almost killed me multiple times from neglect after the surgery, and put signs up everywhere saying that I had 'just become a woman' and still misgendered me. I had to fight to get her team to even acknowledge my medical history.She didn't care about anything I said and didn't respond when I had to go to the ER because I became so inflamed after she let me out of the hospital. She kept saying she'd do revisions when my results completely failed because she thought medical glue would be a good idea and lack of post surgery care resulted in me going to the ER, and yet her and her office didn't respond to me and have blocked me.

From start to finish, the entire staff has been nothing short of a blessing! Currently one-week post op of top surgery, I can honestly tell you recovery would not have been this easy without Dr. Gallagher and her team!! Hoping that I heal nicely has always been a concern of mine, but so far so good! Dr. Gallagher and her staff make you feel like you aren't just a number, but her favorite patient. Happy I went here for surgery is an understatement!!!

Dr.Gallagher and her team were amazing from start to finish. They made me feel super comfortable and safe and my recovery process is going very smoothly. So glad that I chose to do my top surgery with Dr.Gallagher. Even after the procedure and post op appointment the team was attentive and responsive when I reached out with any concerns and questions.

I was given clear understanding of what the procedure would entail possible results and possible complications and the results were better than I had even anticipated!

Overall everyone was friendly, helpful and attentive. The only improvement I would suggest is that whomever you are releasing your patient to (the caregiver) understands what to expect in the first few hours after surgery (especially with liposuction).

I had my surgery in December with Dr Gallagher and it was amazing! Amazing care and smooth surgery-shoutout to the surgery center anesthesiologists and nurses! Dr. Gallagher is an amazing surgeon that gets the best results in the field. Shopping for a plastic surgeon is about finding the best results and this is it! Dr Gallagher was genuine and thorough in all of our conversations and really feels personable as a human. Both the staff and Dr G were kind , the surgical center was very welcoming and everyone took their time answering all questions . The follow up was equally as good and the results are wonderful . I am sick and tired of this woman limiting and deleting comments on all her social medias to avoid the fact that she endangered a man’s life by not properly doing his top surgery and ignoring serious concerns that could’ve killed him. Stop deleting reviews, address what happened and apologize to him. Stop working in the top surgery field If all you’re going to do is try and erase the fact that you endangered someone’s life.

I consulted with over 6 surgeons before ultimately deciding to go with Dr. Gallagher, I have not seen such a courteous, compassionate, and talented surgeon in my entire life. I am not exaggerating in the slightest when I say that Gallagher Plastic Surgery provided the absolute best standard of care and beside manner I have ever had the pleasure to experience.

Dr. Gallagher is extremely knowledgeable in the area of gender confirmation surgery. She took time to explain the surgery, expected outcomes, possible side effects, her personal surgery complication rate, and explained a plan for unexpected outcomes. After surgery, I was able to contact her via text and received a response within 2 to 12 hours. I never felt like I was bothering her or that post op care was not completely included in her services.

From start to finish, Dr. Gallagher and her team provide the best medical support. My surgery and recovery went flawlessly due to the brilliance of this surgeon. Dr. Gallagher and her team put dignity, respect, and trauma informed care at the forefront of their practice. There is no other surgeon I would go to for my top surgery. Dr. Gallagher makes sure all her patients are prepared and ready for this endeavor and does not go into surgery lightly. She provides extensive education and support in addition to amazing aftercare. Dr Gallagher and her staff of Ashley and Nicole have been nothing short of awesome and always happy to help. They are busy and still take time to see that my questions are answered. I don’t at all see how these women would ever be viewed negatively so these few low reviews must be from people with other issues. Dr G and her staff are wonderful and I will always recommend them. You should not give much credence to anyone stating otherwise! Definitely recommend!!!
