Dr. Sidney Clevinger, MD

Dr Clevinger is an excellent doctor. I met him while taking my dad for his appointments, liked how Dr C interacted and listened, helped dad till the end at 97. The office runs great, rarely do they run behind schedule. My appointments are always within 5~10 minutes. The ladies are always nice, they are easy to talk with and work with me to schedule future visits. Paula, Lulu and Elizabeth make checking in and out easy. Overall, I continue to be happy with Dr C, his staff and the way this location is run. I feel I get excellent health care here. Lastly, they are grateful when I use the Patient Portal. Questions are frequently answered within several minutes and requests are handled promptly. Their usage of the Patient Portal should be how others offices run theirs. So, I guess you could say I’m a happy patient for over 20 years

Would not recommend this office! Never once met Dr. Sydney Clevinger! I don't think he has ever been there! His nurse practitioner is the rudest person and does not listen to your concerns! I am a cancer survivor and deaf. I wear hearing aids, I am soft spoken. I was there getting my refill for my inhaler and a refill for my headache medicine. She was telling me about other types of medication for my headaches and she wanted to change it. I politely said no thank you I just want to stay on what I have. She did not like that I said no to her! She then yelled real loud making a scene yelling at me saying 'don't speak over me' I said I am not speaking over you nor was I yelling especially with hearing aids on that would hurt with the feed back from them so I know I never yelled at her or spoke over her. She then screamed in the hallway that I was never allowed back making me feel like I was a drug addicted person looking for drugs. I was so embarrassed. No professionalism. Dirty place.

As a patient as well as my spouse. Dr. Clevinger has taken care of all our medical needs with compassion and professionalism. Upon arrival his staff is always friendly.

Dr. Clevinger has been my provider for more than 24 years and will continue to be until I die. Every visit has been positive and a pleasure. What more can I say?

Dr. Clevinger is an old-fashioned GP with an up-to-date practice. He willingly spends time getting to know you, your problems and concerns. I highly recommend his practice.

Efficient, courteous, professional, thorough...Dr Clevinger and his staff are the best! I have complete confidence in their medical care for me and my husband.

Dr Clevinger has been my PCP for 20+ years - the office staff can always find a time that works for me if I need to come in. He's very personable and remembers my health issues so I don't have to repeat my whole history each time I come in (which is at most 2x/year). The last few times in the office I have been in and out in record time - I no longer work in the Ocala area, but still go out of my way to visit this location because of the history I have with this office.

Dr. Clevinger is knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He is the a caring physician who has hired a support staff who share his attributes. A visit to see Dr. Clevinger is as pleasant as a visit to a doctor can be. I have been a patient of Dr. Clevinger for many years and will continue to see him as long as he is available.

Dr. Clevenger is very knowledge in many areas of medicine. He listens , and will will always answer any questions. Most of all, he is affable, caring and has empathy. You cannot teach that.

Dr. C. has always taken the absolute best care of me. I make sure and tell him each time I visit.

Dr. C is a caring compassionate doctor. I believe that Dr. C number one strength is his ability to simplify. I know exactly what I need to do to improve my health when I leave his office. Dr. C is an A+ person and doctor.

I had my semi Amal appointment last week. I did not have to wait long at all. As always Dr Clevinger was very thorough and accomplished getting my generic for Pristiq. I was having a difficult time with my insurance company. Sid is a great doctor.

Always seems up to date on my issues, readily answers questions in plain English. Equally important is his manner which is always patient and pleasant , which in puts one at ease.
