Dr. Fartash is and will be my primary care doctor
I've been a patient of Dr. Fartash's for last 5 years and find her to be professional and competent. I have not experienced waits exceeding 10 minutes. She lets me know results of blood work promptly. She has referred me to several specialists and I've been pleased with all.

Bad experiences
I definitely do not recommend Sima Fartash as a primary care provider. Her practice negative points outweighs the positive ones. She talks more than she listens. We had several bad experiences with her and the last one which happened about about two years ago was about money. We made an appointment for Covid test (which we could do in some places for free) and when we found we have to pay we cancelled the appointment but apparently she got upset and dismissed us as her patients without any explanation.

Very Thorough and Professional
After Dr Kent retired I began seeing Dr Fartash. She, like Dr Kent, is no nonsense and to the point which is exactly what I want from any doctor. Dr Fartash has been very attentive and responsive throughout my experience with her as my PCP and I would highly recommend her. I have to believe those couple of the previous more negative reviews were totally off base and were likely submitted by some rather thin skinned patients who apparently require an inordinate amount of attention and have no understanding or appreciation of individuals that come from other cultures. Suffice it to say, Dr Fartash in my years of experience with her is a dedicated and professional doctor that deserves our thanks and appreciated. Full stop.

She is HORRIBLE....AVOID HER
If I could give 0 stars, I would! She's an embarrassment to medical doctors!! I've been a patient of Dr. Kent (previous owner of practice) and then Dr. Akrami (both who have been great) for many years. However, because of my most recent concern I wanted to be seen ASAP, but Dr. Akrami was booked. So, I went with the first available appointment with Fartash. She is horrible, rude, kept interrupting me, did not listen to me, was impatient, showed little concern, and did provide any definitive diagnosis nor any further information as to reach such to provide me with any comfort. She didn't do a physical exam, listen to how I felt nor look at the pictures that I had which show the change in my physical condition. I will NEVER make another appointment with her and suggest you don't either. I tried to tell her how I felt, but rather than listening to me, she told me how I felt. I told her that she was not listening to me! She told me that she wasn't going to repeat herself and walked out.

Please avoid seeing Dr.Fartash. My family and I have had horrible experiences with her. She is cold and impatient. I believe she only cares about getting money. During our appointments she doesn't allow us to share all our health concerns and forces us to make separate appointments just to TELL her what's wrong. When I had my annual blood-work done, she even demanded I make a separate appointment just to tell me my results. She even said "What do you want me to do about it?" after telling her I was experiencing lower back pain. In one visit with my grandmother, she tried showing her a rash that she had mentioned in previous appointments and Fartash scolded her to not talk about it. After seeing my facial reaction she changed her composure and said she would take a look. Also, the office wait times are too long (about 45 mins) even with an appointment. Please don't waste your time here.

I really like Dr. Fartash. She has been my family doctor for around 5 years now. She is friendly and gets straight to the point. I would recommend her. I had some problems with the office staff. They took care of the problems immediately after I wrote a letter complaining.

Extremly disappointed former patient. Dr Fartash is cold, impatient and front desk staffs are even worse. Wait time is on average 30 to 45 mins, office is cramped and overloaded. I regret ever walking to this office. If you are looking for a place where you would have not have to wait for long time, and once seen by a doctor not ushered out in a matter of minutes and front desk service, servicing you with a smile, then this IS NOT the place. Utterly dispointing experience I've had in this place.

Walked in the first time and she transformed my health. Had been with my former Dr. for over thirty years, but after understanding what was going on with me, I changed doctors on the spot, and she has been amazing.

My first appointment with Dr. Fartash was for a physical and to address a short list of things, as I haven't been to a doctor in over a year. \ Once Dr. Fartash finally came in (45 mins after my appointment time), she barely looked at me, she didn't care when I told her what was going on, and she refused to prescribe me the same medicine I have been on for years until they did a blood test. I still have medical issues that need to be addressed and she blew me off. DO NOT SEE SIMA FARTASH.

She said make another appointment then we will talk. Please don't waste your time to this doctor.
