I saw Dr. Dhaliwal about a month ago after being referred to her by my doctor to explore alternative hormone treatment for PCOS outside of birth control, which I thought was a rather simple ask. However, instead of just telling me that she didn't have this knowledge, she instead spent the entire appointment trying to tell me that all my doctors have been lying to me and that I don't have PCOS based on the fact that I don't 'look' like I have this disorder, completely ignoring that I went through an over year-long process with multiple doctors and various types of labwork to get diagnosed with PCOS, and she completely invalidated it simply because I didn't fit her image of this disorder. I was literally crying in her office trying to explain to her what my symptoms were and what I needed but she WOULDN'T hear any of it; she refused to help me, and now my symptoms are worse than ever, and I'm so scared even to try seeing another doctor so AVOID this doctor at all costs if you have PCOS.

I had a total hysterectomy at Pomona valley hospital a few years ago and the recovery was hard due to the C section like surgery. Unfortunately, This Dr assisted on my surgery and came into my room on day TWO because my surgeon (OBGYN) was busy. (I was in the hospital for over 6 days because recovery & complications). As you can imagine I was in terrible pain. She had the audacity to say “Why are you still here? The pain is not that bad “. My nurse was not happy with this at all. Thank goodness for my nurse. Dr. Dhaliwal is Absolutely and completely out of touch with patients and lacks any sense of empathy . How can anyone, let alone a Doctor , treat another person in pain so poorly. After reading your current reviews, clearly nothing has changed and you have not grown in your profession. Do better. Be better.

She is very rude and she really has no people skills. She just chastises her patients instead of listening. Went with my sister for her appointment, and I would've flipped some furniture over in that place if I didn't believe in baby Jesus. AMEN

If I could give her 0 stars, I would. I was sent to Dr. Dhaliwal because I was a high-risk pregnancy; however, she is far from a high-risk ObGyn. She was not sensitive to my concerns as a first-time mother and was very negative. She did nothing to relieve my worries and only added to them. She rushed through my ultrasound and didn't explain anything when she requested that I take certain prenatal tests. About two weeks after my first appointment, I began spotting and called to see her and check if everything was going ok with my baby. I pleaded with her to see me because I was concerned about going to the ER in the midst of Covid-19, but she would not see me. I miscarried that week. I do not blame her for my miscarriage; however, her and her staff's insensitivity towards me and my concerns, was not what I needed during that time. I do not recommend that ANY pregnant woman go see her. If you see her name on your provider list, avoid her like the plague!

I have been seeing Dr Dhaliwal since I was 14. She has taken great care of me over the past 15 years. She delivered my 3 kids and actually showed up to the delivery not like some doctors who don't go to hospitals. She is like my family and she is the best and I won't go anywhere else. My daughter is getting older and I hope Dr Dhaliwal will be around so she can take care of her and her pregnancies. She is the best and so is the office.
