I visited this doctor in 2018, 2020 & 2022 in 2018 I complained about left side headaches, left side nosebleed, left side throat pain, left side ear pain. He checked and noted that left side throat is red, there's no ear infection, and cauterized nose vain & told there's nothing wrong next time in 2020 i came with a sonogram from my regular Doctor showing a lump of about 1x2x2CM in my neck / head close to my ears you could also feel the lump. i came very concerned and made it clear to him how concerning this is to me, he checked and noted that left side throat is red, there's no ear infection, and cauterized nose vain & told me there's nothing wrong. when i pressed him about the lump he mocked me and laughed at me "so you are afraid you have cancer?!.dismissively .." i told you there's nothing wrong, it’s nothing, really nothing”. Me being the trusting type thought, well you are not smarter than the doctor, & if he says it’s nothing then you can relax, it nothing. so, i did nothing

Dr. Friedman was professional, experienced and caring. He took care of our issue and called the next day to ask how my child was feeling. He called in a prescription to a pharmacy and ensured we would get it that day before the pharmacy closed. Thank you!

I had earwax in both ears. Dr. Friedman took care of the problem very easily and restored my hearing to 100%. I would definitely recommend him.

He was the worst dr and very rude! I went to him with an inner ear problem wouldn't even listen to me while he was already walking out of the room. All cared about was getting paid not what was wrong with me. Walk don't run away from this place!

I had a lingering sore throat that worried me. Two people recommended Dr. Friedman and when I saw that he was open on a Sunday I called and got a last minute appointment. I was seen within 10 minutes and Dr. Friedman used one instrument to examine my throat. When I asked him about a nasal scope he said it was unnecessary - that the one he first used was newer - but when I asked again he used the nasal scope too. I felt better that he covered all the bases in the exam, I would recommend him.

This doctor allocates 5 minutes to each patient. Does not asks questions.. Not friendly, does not explain or cares about patient health. There is no question that the doctor only cares about making money.. Stuff besides audiologist is not pleasant. I would never understand anyone who would go to see this dr for the second time. I would never recommend this dr to anyone.

My visits with Dr. Friedman were a waste of my time. I came to Dr. Friedman complaining of dizziness, blurred vision, imbalance, and an inability to focus and concentrate. After conducting a series of expensive hearing tests, Dr. Friedman sent me home without a diagnosis or treatment plan. He told me that my condition would improve on its own in a about a month's time. He was wrong. My condition persisted. If you need an ENT, run, don't walk to someone else.

Very rude and unprofessional staff; more concerned about getting paid than actually wanting well for the patient. Stay away, look for another doctor/specialist if you need a positive outcome.
