Dr. Knopf was rude an very unprofessional from the moment he entered my room. He had poor bedside manners an would not listen to anything I was trying to say. Dr.Knopf made me feel like I was wasting him an his colleagues time an I was ignorant for seeking medical attention. I felt miserable enough that I needed to seek medical attention in the middle of the night an his unprofessional snarky comments made me feel worse. I hope that he was just having a bad day an that this is not his way of practice an how he treats all of his patients. As an employee for the same hospital I strive everyday to make sure every patient an visitor can express concerns an leave with reassurance. I want it to be a pleasant experience with the up most quality of care. I hope after Dr. Knopf seen the tears an knowing I left feeling worse than when I came in made him take a step back an re-evaluate the way he approaches his patients.
