When I saw Dr. Milov, he had a shadow (trainee) that day. I guess he was trying to show off because he spent most of the appointment talking to her instead of addressing me. He also just had a smug 'know it all' attitude to him which I didn't like. I was desperate for any help he could give me with my continued issues, but he instead was sarcastic and rude to me. By the end of the appointment, he seemed completely uninterested in helping me at all. There's not a big selection of ENTs in the valley and unfortunately all of these men have this exact same type of tone and attitude and it's embarrassing. Dr. Medina (who works at the same place) is better, but not by much. Go with him instead.

There is no better otolaryngologist in the RGV.
After consulting otolaryngologists in Houston, Monterrey and four here at RGV. I found this Dr. Simon Milov. A great professional in his specialty. Committed to the patient.

Excellent Doctor
Friendly staff, waiting time was 5 minutes. Doctor gave me a detailed explanation about my condition after a brief procedure. Very kind and professional. My doctor’s visit took less than an hour!

Slow and uncaring?
I went to Dr. Milov for dizziness and hearing loss in one ear. He sent me for an MRI 3 weeks ago because he thought I might have a brain tumor. I have to wait another 2 weeks to find out if I do. For five weeks I will go to bed wondering if I have a brain tumor and nobody can bother to tell me.
