Never a bad experience with him or staff
Staff and Dr.Chiu are always so helpful and understanding. I definitely recommend him for PCP and the NP is just as good for sick visits!

First off when I set up becoming a new patient, I was charged an office visit. Next it was explained to me that I would have to take a urinalysis to make sure I wasn't on any drugs before being seen. The way he went about doing that made me feel like I was doing something wrong. And lastly, when I needed copies of my medical records from the neurologist for my appointment at the Veterans Administration I was denied even though they were my copies that I brought in and no way to get them back.
