Dr. Sina Tebi, MD

Tebi is an awful endocrinologist. He does not listen to patients, and ignores concerns and physical proof of issues. He gives general advice, that does not pertain to the issues at hand, and then hand waves the patient out to go into DKA. I question his medical history, and if he actually studied diabetes at all. Obvious issues had already arisen, and he just ignored them. If the patient had followed his outgoing advice, then they would have gone back into DKA within a few days. He did not even have the gall to meet the patient in person, nor did he give any instructions on how to use the new insulin the was prescribed. The new insulin worked differently than the previous one the patient was using. Overall an awful experience with this endocrinologist.

Office staff is a joke - unhelpful, condescending…. You will NEVER get someone on the phone. This doctor clearly could not care less about his patients if this is how he allows his staff to run the show. All his appointments are at least two months out and he seems to like phone appointments- which he is always late to place.

I love Dr Tebi, but his front desk and staff very unprofessional and very curt.

3 times that I wasted in waiting for this doctor to see me via telehealth and he couldn't even do that. For a year I was diagnosed with Type 2 and turned out I was Type 1. He never saw me but a PA did and all the doctor had to do was call me and walk me through this process. I would not trust him!

Worst Dr Ive ever experienced. Unprofessional, unorganized and has no compassion. I had complications from a standard thryoid biopsy. Ive been sick for 3 months and Dr Tebi has been incredibly rude, disorganized and shows no urgency for my illness which resulted in his procedure! Theres no direct # to this office which I find very suspicious for any medical practice!

I have been seeing Dr. Tebi since 2020 for my autoimmune disease, and since then my symptoms are under control and I can manage a normal life. Dr. Tebi is knowledgeable, sharp, intelligent, and caring. He takes his time to compare my test results with the previous ones and explain thoroughly what is going on, in a language that I can understand. Dr. Tebi patiently answers my questions and addresses all my concerns in a way that I know I am in good hands. Thank you

Dr. Tebi is very professional and caring. Always explains every lab result in depth and asks if I have any concerns. He's the first doctor that I've had that really listens.

I started going to him in May 2022. It's been seven months and my condition improved. He helped me understand my Hormone issues and gave me hope with immediate care and a long-term treatment plan that I felt comfortable with immediately. Dr. Tebi listens well and answered all my questions in a caring manner and is never dismissive of my questioning like many busy doctors can be. Appointment scheduling is always prompt and convenient for me. Staff friendliness varies depending on how busy they get. Wait times are minimal. Appointment wasn't rushed. I trust Dr. Tebi's decisions.

We came from out of state to see Dr. Tibi . He took time and explained things about my thyroid disease that no doctor had ever done. I am so fortunate to have found Dr. Tibi.

He helped me understand my Thyroid issues and gave me hope with immediate care and a treatment plan.

After our insurance changed, we made the best decision by choosing Dr. Tebi. My husband and I went to him twice. We both are diabetic. He is treating us with fewer meds and advising us to change our diet. He is very humble and listens to his patients. Soon he will be our family Doctor. My daughters will be going to him too. We like the staff too, I don't know why people are complaining about them.

I have been going to Dr. Tebi for close to a year now and find him an excellent Endo doctor. He is far more knowledgeable than my last three doctors combined. Listens to my concerns and actually acts on them. I've had the best labs in over 8 years. Entire staff is courteous and professional. Wait time is minimal. Very Pleased.

Both my wife & I have been going to Dr Tebi for a couple of years. He's a top notch endocrinologist & we wouldn't think of going to a different doctor. He really knows his stuff. However, his staff needs a lot of improvement. Since Covid I've called, and always having to leave a voice message, requesting information & can't get anyone to respond. I call the pharmacy & use their automatic refill system & it takes Dr Tebi's staff forever to respond, many times having to send multiple requests or having to call the office & leave the information. Then I get a 30-day prescription instead of a 90-day which saves money. YES... I will finally say something to him on my next visit. One star is for his staff. 5 stars for Dr Tebi.

Dr. Tebi is one of the greatest doctors I have encountered. Not only was he the only one who was able to look into my illness and manage my illness with patience but he also took the time to explain and educate me. He even drew pictures to help me understand my condition. In addition, his manners and professionalism is top notch. His staff followed through to make sure I have my lab results and called in to see how I was doing. He is by far the best doctor I have seen.

He is an awesome doctor. He’s a good listener. He’s professional and knowledgeable.
