Dr. Siobhan Dunnavant, MD

She has changed. She was an amazing doctor for years, but she changed over the last several years and just cares less and less for her patient. Dunnavant took no time with me, didn't even run any tests, etc. before she started recommending birth control (knowing that I have struggled with infertility and even saw her for it!!!) and hormones. She didn't listen to me, read my chart or perform a thorough examination. I left the office crying. I left a message and review with her office - never received a reply.

My first visit, I loved Dr. Dunnavant. I decided to switch doctors though because during my pregnancy, it was hard to get a word in to ask questions. When I miscarried, again I did not have a chance to ask any questions again and my uterus was scrapped without permission or understanding what was going on. I'm still just trying to understand why it happened and so many other questions. Dr. Dunnavant is really nice but a fit for me.

I am very happy with Dr. Dunnavant and her team. I have been seeing her since I moved to Virginia, and she has been wonderful listening to me, giving me space to make questions and answering all of them. Regarding my health, she has shown experience, professionalism and care. I would definitely recommend her!

Dr. Dunnavant was delightful! She was delayed coming in but when she did she sincerely apologized and was attentive to me. I didn’t feel rushed; I felt like I had her full attention and she cared about what I was saying. When she examined me she clearly communicated what she was doing as I had requested and she treated me with great respect and care. I think I have found my new doctor after my doc retired recently. It was a great first appointment!

I have been her patient for a long time. I believe she started as a nurse. one of her former nurses told me that she understands them because she was one of them. she is gentle, easy to talk to and very smart.

Dr. Dunnavant has been my doctor for 18 years. She truly cares. She listens, asks questions, and explains things so well. She does her research and keeps up to date on the latest information. I trust her completely. I have recommended Dr. Dunnavant to multiple friends, and everyone loves her. Most of the women in my family go to her too!

The staff was very friendly and professional. That helped to ease the anxiety of going to a new doctor. Dr. Dunnavant was down to earth. I felt like I had known her for years. Excellent experience!

Dr, Dunnavant is very thorough and cares for her patients. She recommended follow up testing to pinpoint a suspicious outcomes from previous mammogram. She is very upfront and I like that in my doctors.

She listens to my concerns and works with me to find solutions. She is always upbeat and knowledgeable. Dr. Dunnavant does a great job of explaining and communicating procedures, diagnoses, and treatment.

My visit with Dr. Dunnavant was great I was extremely for nervous for what I needed to have done and from start to finish her and her nurses made sure I was fully informed and comfortable. Dr dunnavant allowed me to make choices pertaining to my visit and what fit MY needs. She is very thorough and I was in and out within a very reasonable time.

Dr. Dunnavant and her Nurse are amazing! I love coming there to see them even if the appointment isn't on the top of my things to want to do! they make it so nice and comfortable. I'm actually sad to not be having anymore babies and not seeing Dr. Dunnavant on a regular basis anymore other than once a year. I have been a patient of Dr. Dunanant for 18 years and only love her more as time passes. She is professional and educates me on any issues I have, but is also so sweet and caring. I went to her when I first developed a lump under my arm in 2015 and she referred me to all the specialists I needed to see who diagnosed me with Hodgkins lymphoma. She kept on top of my progress and was available any time I needed her. She is an amazing doctor and human.

After being forced to change Doctors, I decided to return to this office at my cost. I am glad I did. I am treated like a human, cared for exceptionally, have confidence in the treatment received. They followed up with no prompt from me. They are wonderful from the moment through the door to discharge. Much to my surprise they new accept my insurance.

Dr. Dunnavant is a very caring doctor and listens to your concerns. She is very calming and positive when speaking to you. She is professional in all aspects.
