Dr. Sirisha Sastry, MD

I recommend Dr. Sastry, I and another family members who switched to her have been pleased with our experiences with Dr. Sastry at our appointments. Dr. Sastry is caring. She will take her time understanding your concerns and take necessary measures to properly diagnose and treat to the best of her abilities.

On our first visit with Dr. Sastry, there were no complaints as she was friendly, thorough, good bedside manner and, unhurried. Dr. Sastry was very personable. On our next appointment, we waited in the Exam room for 1 HOUR before Dr. Sastry came in. Nonetheless, we still referred a family member and, they verified her Insurance coverage and set the appointment. We arrived in the office on the date scheduled and the Front Desk clerk stated that they did not participate with the Insurance we had. Dr. Sastry happened to have been standing right there making some zeroxed copies and, I told her what was unfolding. She just shrugged her shoulders and blew us off. Very Very Disappointing for her to have responded in this manner!! Therefore, the Front desk staff is very Unprofessional. The waiting areas are very bland, plain and empty. They need Plants, Pictures and, Certificates of Degrees, Etc. to give a more professional office feel/ atmosphere.

Dr. Sastry is the worst doctor I have ever been to. I had some stomach bug symptoms and massive discoloration on my stomach which she said was COVID. She then left the room got an N-95 mask and proceeded to tell me about how it was COVID. I told her I have a LONG history with autoimmune diseases and purpura. I asked if this could be anything else, she said it could be gastroenteritis or any other virus. She said we don't care about other viruses only COVID. I told her I work with mentally disabled kids and I want to make sure I'm not spreading anything to them. Before ordering my blood test she came in and out of the room asking me more COVID related questions and asked if I was pregnant. When I went to get a COVID test she called with another question but I could not answer because I was mid COVID test. She did not listen to me, take my health history seriously she decided it was COVID. PCR test came back negative. Complete incompetence and negligence from this doctor.

She is very friendly and care taking.
