Abrasive Doctor
I brought my wife to the emergency room at Goodall Witcher Hospital for complications stemming from stage 3 achalasia. She had severe nausea and pain that could not be controlled home. She has received treatment many times here for this and never had an issue but the night of June 15th 2022 at approximately 22:30 Dr. Bizzell was on duty. Upon being checked in the nurse took her vitals and left the room. Then Dr. Bizzell flung the door open and yelled at my wife in a berating manner " why are you coming here? Go to your Dr. In Dallas or find one in Waco " We tried to explain to him that her appointment with Dr. Steven Leeds isn't until July 18th and his instructions were to go to the e. r. as needed in the meantime as she can't get in ANY SOONER than that. He then said " ok... FINE! I'll just give you whatever you think you need just get you out of here " This doctor has the worst bedside manner!

Excellent. Dr. Bizzell listens to our concerns, and discusses the concerns with us, including possible treatments. We appreciate when a doctor speaks with us and discusses with us as though we actually have some intelligence, too! Dr. Bizzell does that. Also, Dr. Bizzell is very calm which is significant in managing anxiety with our health concerns.

Dr. Bizzell is an egotistical idiot with zero bedside manner. My father was rushed into ER with life threatening symptoms and he was so rude to my mother he made her cry. Several days later we were back at the ER and he spoke to me like I was totally incompetent. No compassion at all for a life changing situation.

Bizzell only prescribes medication and does not do anything to actually treat you. They rush you in and out and do not listen to what you are saying is going on.

My experience with Dr. Buzzell is he seemed very egotistical and self centered. After waiting over 2 weeks for his office to call me, he decided he was not the right Dr to see me. That's right, you have to be approved before he sees you. Obviously I wasn't. Dr. Bizzell instead of asking me what my problems were He decided I needed a neurologist. That's funny because I have MS and just needed a General physician and he couldn't fill that By the way, I have a neurologist.
