The ABSOLUTE WORST
Horrible experience who forced me to retire instead of signing off on my back to work papers. Had several tests but he wouldn't take the 'risk' with me. Horrible, unresponsive, uncaring. He tries to lay the liability of anyone but himself.

Nice but…
He doesn’t know what to do if there is a case that does not mesh with his tests. He makes assumptions that lead one in the wrong direction.

Repeated cancelled initial visits
My husband had a scheduled appointment as a new patient. It was cancelled and rescheduled 3 times in 1 week for reported "emergencies the next day" on two separate scheduled visits. Another scheduled visit was cancelled due to the doctor not available that day. My husband did not reschedule and never had an initial visit. Needless to say, we have moved on to another referred neurologist. If this is any indication of the communication and care provided by this practice, it is totally unacceptable!

I know Dr. Miric has been well regarded and our family has been happy with him for a long time. Recently, the quality of care and communication has degraded until, at this most recent visit, we hit the last straw. We had a virtual visit scheduled with a family member experiencing memory loss to review test results, along with a family member overseeing care (with clear prior written and verbal consent). Despite multiple reminders and check ins the day before from the primary family contact overseeing care, Dr. Miric did not send out a video link for the visit, or even reach out to the family contact at all. He called the patient directly (no video) and when the family contact called the office to find out where the doctor was, was told he had already spoken to the patient and would not even get on the phone to review what was discussed or discovered. Frankly, the office staff, while very helpful, seems to be understaffed and under a lot of stress if I can read between the lines

Dr. Miric is fantastic! We were told by another neurologist that he has Parkinson and they couldn't get the Parkinson report and waited 3 weeks. Dr. Miric had it on our first visit. He respects his patience and answers their questions. He found that there is - problem - nerve - and is doing testing that my husband needs, The staff are extremely friendly and know their job. I recommend him to anyone who has to go to an excellent Neurologist.

I left this office in tears. I was in the hospital with a stroke and the hospital tried to get in touch with the doctor and they reported that he never returned any of their calls and advised me to find a new neurologist. The woman in the front office who handles insurance is the nastiest and most unprofessional woman I have ever met. I asked her to repeat something and explained that I had a stroke and needed her to repeat something I missed and she screamed at me in front of everyone and then refused to answer my question. She also screamed out personal health information so loud that everyone in the waiting room heard. I was shocked that I was treated so badly. Especially considering it was my follow up appointment after having a stroke. While I was hospitalized the hospital advised me to switch doctors due to this woman refusing to assist the on call doctor in talking to Dr. Miric I had 2 docs tell me his office staff is the rudest and most incompetent they have ever experience

I have never been treated so unprofessionally and poorly as I was by the front office. They announced personal health information into the waiting room and I was shouted at when I asked questions. I was more than positive but the the front office was the most unprofessional and nasty office staff I have ever experienced in my life. One would think that the front office staff would be somewhat polite working for a neurologist who says he specializes in memory issues so if you have trouble with your memory, seizures or strokes this is not the practice for you because you will be screamed at if you ask the front office staff to repeat something that was unclear and your personal health information will too be kept private at all.

Dr Miric is amazing. He very passionate. He takes his time to have me understand exactly what's going on with me. I've been to many dr they never got anything right 15 years ago I went to Dr Miric and my life been a lot easier to manage. Lori in the front office is very caring very friendly and listens to what you need. I wouldn't go anywhere else. If your looking for a good dr this is the right one.

Dr. Miric was not knowledgable about my condition. He couldn't read my MRIs and he had to refer me out to a specialist/surgeon who also got my DX wrong. I went to another specialist/surgeon for another opinion who got it right, and then Dr. Miric treated me like a subhuman; stared at his computer during our visit, interrupted me constantly while not listening. He then turned me away because he wouldn't help me; other than to pump me up with the latest medications for the wrong DX. I would describe Dr. Miric as closed-minded to alternative treatments and arrogant. Dr. Miric wasted my time, money, and health. If you have a real neurological problem e.g. anything shows up on an MRI/CAT scan; go straight to the neurosurgeons for a consultation, they are the only ones who can read the scans, and see at least see 2-3 surgeons for opinions. They will also recommend a good Neurologist who is knowledgeable about your condition. Good Luck Everyone.

Dr. Miric likes to investigate the cause of an illness. I have had Multiple Sclerosis for over 20 years now and he has gotten more 7 MRI's approved to investigate the progress or lack there of in my case before changing treatments. He listens to his patients and will request tests if you feel you need them. Great Doctor!

Dr. Miric is a good neurologist. He has always been friendly, courteous, and effective. Serious problems, however, exist in the front office. I have been interrupted by staff during nearly every phone conversation. I have been told incorrect information with breathtaking confidence. I have been hung-up on. If it was not for Dr. Miric's superb skills as a physician, I would not tolerate the abusive behavior from his staff. Clerks at the local market are routinely terminated for less.

STAY FAR AWAY from this practice!! Completely unprofessional & rude front desk manager!! Began yelling at me over the phone when I asked some questions about services provided because I was told two different things from 2 workers. I’ve never written a review, but I was so appalled!

Dr Miric is the best doctor I've had, he really cares about helping his patients. I've had a chronic illness for years and after many doctors he was the first to really try to help me get better instead of just medicating me. his knowledge goes way beyond other doctors I've seen and because of that he has found something that has really helped me! Also, his staff is always so kind and helpful. I recommend him to anyone!
