I was stuck in traffic and was going to be late. I called to let the doctor know. I was told not to worry and continue to come in for my appointment. I arrived at 4:20. Even though this seemed to me to be way past the staff's working time they were friendly and helpful as ever.

Worked well as a team, all knew their respinsibilities and worked well with each other. Respected each other. Answered questions well. Listened well and shared my concerns with the team to get my concern addressed. Amazing team and to a person were very respectful of each other. In such a higjly specialized clinic as the Eye Institute it was great to experience such comraderie and professionalism. I have shared this with all I have shared my sight journey. I had heard this same experience from others using the Eye Institute.
