Money grab organization
Dr. Reddy will have her staff run every possible test on you before she sees you. This will require multiple appointments so that billing can be maximized. Blood test, ultrasound 1, ultrasound 2. Then, when she sees you, she's an hour late to the appointment. When you complain, they tell you that you can make another appointment if you have somewhere else to be. Her office manager seems to relish looking for ways to make your life harder. Every discussion is met with resistance. No thanks.

Amazing office great Staff Wonderful office Mgr
On every visit we manage to get the best care and attention that is needed Dr.Reddy and staff have helped me in so many ways I am forever grateful without them I would be in so much pain Thank goodness for Them

Doesn't honor appointment times.
Didn't honor appointment times. Dr. Reddy was very good. I stopped going to her because of the front office personnel. My last wait after appointment time was 2 hours. They kept trading rooms with me. I have a condition as a result of a surgery (not Dr. Reddy) which left me with bowel incontinence. It was very hard to control this. I would have continued with Dr. Reddy but the wait times was too much. I miss her care but could not endure the long wait times with my condition. I didn't expect special treatment as I know events can change.

It’s hell trying to even make an appointment
Can’t say much about the Dr. or care because nobody is available to make an appointment. Left several messages and no return calls. Very uncaring and unprofessional.

horrible experience
Do not waste your time or money to be seen in this clinic. They moved office, did not notify us, we went all the way to the old address, no one called to reschedule. No medication is putting my mom in danger of fractures. Stay away and stay safe....

Dr. Reddy is ok, I met her once she’s average. I’ve been going to her office for 3 months and dealing with he assistants. Raylan is AMAZING!!! But front desk staff need much improvement, specially in scheduling appointments they overbook people. Extremely frustrating

I just want to inform and clarify what some of the negative reviews some people have left re this office. First off, she does run late but that's because they always fit people in when they need to be seen and spends as much time as you need to get to your health goal. The office staff works very hard, they made not always be as available as you need them but I assure you they will get the job done, and they have a lot of jobs to do.. The Dr., The P.A Abbey and the utrasound tech are amazing. I have been there for 3 or more years and recommend anybody to go for a consult if you have a rheumatology need . In closing, Dr Reddy, Abbey, and Jolene at the front desk has literally saved my life. 1
