My husband and I decided to find a new primary doctor. Dr Smith was recommended and let me tell you we are glad we listened. From beginning to end we had a positive experience. Dr Smitty was very knowledgeable and he explained things in a manner that my husband could understand. We would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a new primary Dr.

Reading some of these reviews - i feel like some of these folks either got the wrong dr or just are chronic complainers. I have never had a better dr than Dr Smitty Smith! He listens, he is thorough, he cares, he never rushes me. Even when he has been on call all night at the hospital! I have been seeing him since he opened his practice and this has NEVER changed. I almost always get a same day appt with him - if not, I see someone else in his office. My health is better due to him!

Condescending and arrogant. Half listened to the concerns I had and already had an “answer” before I finished explaining why I was there. Always a long wait at this office

Condescending and ill-informed; too busy to read my mother’s medical records; unaware of medication changes. Too many patients? Too busy? Perhaps better at the office, not so much at hospital.

Dr. Smith was able to take me right in with an urgent appointment when I had a very painful kidney stone. He was very kind and courteous. He explained the tests he ordered and was readily available for the follow up. I am so grateful for his prompt attention and wonderful disposition. He really set me at ease while attending to my pain.

After waiting 1hour & 3 minutes past the appt time for my elderly mother with congestive heart failure & shortness of breath we were even given an apology or an explanation. Spent less than 5 minutes with my mom & not clear about instructions. I understand things happen but a concerned physician would offer an apology at the least. (Also this was an appt for 9:30 in the morning, not an afternoon appt )

He actually takes time to listen to you and talk to you about your concerns. Most doctors just rush you in and out but not him. He has no idea how much I appreciate being treated like a person instead of a dollar sign.

I have never found a doctor that is more compassionate. I never feel rushed or humored. Dr. Smith takes his time and actually LISTENS. He is very knowledgeable about new medication and it's effects. He goes out of his way and follows up with me. I would not hesitate to recommend him and have. My entire family goes to him now. He is young but very experienced and I always feel confident in his recommendations and diagnosis. He absolutely rocks and I am a old broad who is very picky!
