A patient and compassionate RD helped me discover and successfully treat a variety of underlying conditions including SIBO, parasites, and food sensitivities . I was also referred for pelvic floor therapy which was very beneficial. Had Dr. Ali made these referrals, I believe she could have saved me several years of unnecessary misery.

I called this doctor's office and made an appointment I drove all the way from Clearwater to Tampa for them to tell me that I needed a referral before I came in and they wouldn't see me they wouldn't do anything for me this is the worst place ever and all they could tell me was to leave and go and I threw up in front of their place my stomach is killing me I'm just gonna have to resort to the er because they won't help me

The most unprofessional service I've ever had in my entire life. There are a plenty of bad reviews online for this clinic and they all have quite strong arguments that I can confirm myself. My bad experience started with incredibly untrained staff. My very first appointment that I scheduled weeks prior to coming wasn't in the system when I came to the office. The person at the desk and their colleagues told me that they recently fired someone who scheduled my appointment. They did not even apologize for such unprofessional behavior and said they couldn't do anything. On that day I had to take a day off and drove for 35 minutes. No apologies - nothing. Dr. Ali herself is never available for patients. Appointments with her are a whole different story - she always rushed me while I was trying to ask or explain something regarding my symptoms. She couldn't care less and never even looks at the patients while talking. She interrupts me and provides minimum information. Terrible experience

Extremely knowledgeable very kind. Took the time to listen to all my complains. I’m very happy with the care.

She rushes you and doesn’t listen. My first appointment i was coming from a pediatric G.I and I saw Dr. Ali for 3 minutes. Also had a poor experience when I went for my colonoscopy. I was out in the hall for 20 minutes because she kept taking patients in when all she needed to do was explain what she found, the nurses were even upset with her. At my check up visit I was anxious to even go because of my past experience. She told me I was fine and I brought my medical records that I also had faxed over because I had a diagnosis of crohn’s. She said “oh this is a lot” as if I didn’t have them sent over prior to my first appointment. She told me the results were fine and said I don’t know why your having symptoms follow up in a year. I have never felt so pushed aside by a doctor ever. Also, as I was waiting for my appointment the staff was speaking about another patient how they keep calling even when they have answered her questions. I asked for my records and I will not be back.

My experience with Dr Ali and the office staff was not well at all. I was trying to give the office the benefit of the doubt as things kept slipping through the cracks (ie setting up calls with the doctor, then the doctor doesn’t call , it ends up being the nurse practitioner. Also emails sent saying the doctor found some test results and needs to speak with you and no one calls). The last draw for me was my prescription got mixed up twice! Once it was an old prescription that was put in, I called to correct and then the other was a BIG MISTAKE, the doctor didn’t call it in, one of the nurse practitioners did and it was some sort of BI POLAR/ Schizophrenic drug that could of done A LOT OF HARM on my liver! The office seems to often been unorganized and Dr Ali seems to be quick to prescribe. I would not recommend until they slow down and tighten up that staff!!

I saw Dr. Ali on August 13th due to pain in my upper right abdomen and to schedule a colonoscopy. Dr. Ali suggested I have an upper abdominal ultrasound and bloodwork that same day or no later than the next day as she suspected gallstones. I had both tests completed that same day. As of today, August 22nd, and after repeated unreturned phone calls to the office, I have not been able to speak to anyone to get the results of the tests. I personally went to the Imaging center today, picked up my results and made an appointment to see another physician. I cannot totally blame Dr. Ali who may or may not have known about my calls, but this was a total lack of communication. I will not be returning.

Dr Ali saw my dad in the ER, she is the best doctor.She is very knowledgeable and know what she is doing.My dad also saw her at her clinic which is really nice with courteous office staff and again Dr.Ali has the best bedside manner.She is never rushing and listened to all of our concerns.

Dr Ali is absolutely amazing. Truly compassionate, caring, thorough, and extremely intelligent. She really knows what she’s doing and remains as minimally invasive as she can with treatment, at least in my experience. I’ve seen a lot of doctors, and she is top notch! Highly recommended

First time office visit with established in hospital treatment. Dr. Ali has a great bedside manner and listens to your concerns. Very knowledgeable and is aware of her limitations. Very approachable. Thorough office visit. In and out in less than a hour!

First , It’s very difficult to get a appt. Then you bring it to doctors attention & she makes an excuse for her untrained staff on following up & following through. These people should had learned those basic characteristics from their parents. Then to top it off , next appt at out patient surgery center scheduled by the original complaint,hooked up to I v and doctor was at another center . Still have not heard from doctor. Wow !!!!

TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. THEY OVERBILLED MY INSURANCE PROVIDER FOR SIMPLE OFFICE VISITS BY PROVIDING FRAUDULENT BLOATED PROCEDURE DESCRIPTIONS AND SERVICES. THEY NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED FOR FRAUD AND CLOSED DOWN. STAY AWAY!!!!

Dr. Ali is to me a very good doctor. She is very patient, compassionate & thorough with questions and answers. I've been to many GI Dr's and by far Dr. Ali to me is first class. Proud to have her as my Dr. Thank you Dr Ali

If you are looking for a passionate, caring doctor than Dr.Ali is the right choice for you.She knows what she is doing, she took care of my mom while my mom was in ICU.She is humble, polite and treats you like family not like a number.She was there for us to answer any questions we had and explained each and everything about my mom's condition.We need doctors like her who are so knowledgeable but also have the best bedside manner.May God bless her for saving my mom.She is an amazing doctor.

Dr Ali is very informative. She takes her time, explains short term and long term treatments. As a healthcare professional myself, I would absolutely recommend her.
