Disorganization & Incompetence
The extreme disorganization of the office disrupts care to the extent that I cannot recommend this doctor. Prescription refill requests have long delays and they won’t refill an RX unless you have a next appointment booked. Even if you saw the doctor the previous day, they won’t refill your meds. There are chronic billing and insurance issues such as they’ve failed to bill your insurance but send you a registered letter terminating you as a patient (despite being a paying, compliant patient for 10 years). They periodically mail out drug test kits and won’t refill your meds until the drug test is processed (even if the patient is a 12-year old). If you go to this office, you will have chronic problems with billing and with having your medication delivered on time. This is devastating to people who need their medication to function adequately. I recommend you avoid Dr. Kirmani-Moe’s office at all costs.

Dr. Kirmani Moe has seen my daughter for 4 to 5 years now. She is the BEST Dr. EVER!!! I went through atleast 15 Dr's before we were blessed to find her. My brother committed suicide at a young age, he had exactly what my daughter has. I truly believe she saved my daughter's life and we will forever be grateful for her. I wish my brother would of found her or someone like her that actually CARES!!! It does say 1 to 3 days, in 4 years every message I have lefted I have had a call back that day. Her nurse that works with her is also amazing. Joy and Dr. Moe make a excellent team. God bless both of you!!!!

Dr is very knowledgeable and kind. Support staff not so much. Access to clinic is very limited. Can only leave a message when calling office and told will receive a call back in 1-3 days. I find this completely unacceptable for a medical office, especially a mental health facility.

Very gamey. Stayed she had been treating ADHD patients for over 20 years. She hasn't even been a physician that long. Jumped too conclusions, quite impolite, extraordinarily condescending. I would not recommend her if you have complex mental health needs. A poor communicator and a poor listener.

Dr. K is an amazingly brilliant psychiatrist who often collaborates and teaches with students and colleagues, keeping up with the latest technologies, self-wellness and medications to best treat her patients. She makes hope possible again. However, it is extremely difficult to schedule an appt to see Dr. K. You must call and listen to a ridiculously long message and then leave only ONE detailed msg and allow 1-3 days for a call back?!?! Not a good option in an urgent matter.

She is the best psychiatrist I have ever had. She really listens and is committed to problem solving. She is one of the only doctors that has not overmedicated me which I find amazing and I am grateful.

Dr. Kirmani is brilliant! She is the best psychiatrist I have ever met or had the privilege of being treated by. She is a solution driven Doctor. Her knowledge, experience, and genuine compassion towards her work, her field of practice, and her patients are superb! No one can even come close to her ability.
