Dr. Sofia Vasquez, MD

The attention from the administrative staff, like the people who answer the phone, have zero level of customer service, are super rude and do not respect the patient. That Zoila and Dorothy were very rude in serving me. I don't recommend this place.

IMPOSSIBLE to speak to anyone in this office, the phone is NEVER answered, never! The staff is EXTREMELY rude, to say the least. Zoila (scary lady in the front desk) needs to find a job in which she doesn't have to deal with humans! She treats everyone bad and is always in a bad mood, grumpy and insolent. I don't know how they have someone as unpleasant as her working with people who have health issues. You feel nervous and uncomfortable around her and everyone in the waiting room felt the same. Dr. Vasquez is very dry. The office is not very clean either. Appointment times are not respected. Stay away from this place.

"Social distancing" They've never heard about it! If you want to stay alive, don't make an appointment with Dr. Vasquez until there's no Coronavirus. I had an appointment at 9:15 AM, by 9:20, the lady with the 9:00 appointment was complaining about the delay. When I asked how behind they were on schedule (seeing there already were 6 people ahead), the receptionist in a very rude manner, told me to go home if I didn't want to wait, and that's what I did!!. We were 7 people in a tiny waiting room disregarding all advice and enforcement laws. This is not only unprofessional behavior, it is criminal.

Very pleasant. Took care to make sure everything went well. Dr. Vasquez asked many good health questions to improve my care. Soyla the office manager took care of appointments, paperwork, and concerns very well. Dorothy the nurse made sure that all problems would be addressed

Dr. Vasquez is very knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my concerns. I am very confident that under her care, I will take control of my diabetes. Her staff is friendly and helpful. Her office is clean. Definitely recommend her.

Dr. Vazquez and her staff are amazing! Besides getting the best medical care possible, they make you feel you are part of their family. I have recommended Dr. Vazquez to many friends and family. They really care for the patient.

Attentive, caring and has exceeded all my expectations as a physician. Superior bedside manner. She listens and she actually cares. The staff is great too, especially office manager Dorothy. They are very friendly and provide excellent customer service. I had a very pleasant experience with this team. Thank you!

Dr. Vazquez is an excellent doctor who cares for her patients. She is proactive! Her staff is kind and quick to respond to patient's needs.

Dr Vasquez is exceptional at connecting with and listening to her patients. She is extremely knowledgeable and strives to drive a patient towards total health rather than just a quick meet and greet. I recommend Dr. Vasquez without reservation.

Super doctor. Very comfortable with her diagnosis and care. All in her office are great. She takes her time talking to you and explaining the treatment options.

Dr. Vasquez-Solomon had poor communication with the hospital about patient's correct synthroid dosage.This was confirmed after the fact.This caused the patient to be given the incorrect synthroid dosage at the hospital.Doctor did not return patient's call to inform him about the results of the full body scan or to answer questions about pain and discomfort.Instead, doctor's medical assistant called.However,the medical assistant could not answer medical related question.Unprofessional.
