I had the worst experience when I went to Dr Rostami for a consultation in her practice in Mclean. She is was ruch, obnoxious, and condescending. She was talking to me as if I'm a moronne I do not know what I was talking about. She has no bedside manners. She is also overpriced compared to other Dr in the same area. Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time going to see her even for a consultation.

Co2
CO2 TreatmentI’m here to hopefully dispel any anxiety over getting this skin resurfacing procedure done. I finally took the leap as I was concerned about signs of aging sneaking in. Skin laxity under and over the eyes and some fine lines here and there. Well I’m glad I did. I am seven days out and I’m here to say it’s not as bad as you think after watching all those YouTube videos. Dr Rostami, Alyssa and staff made me very comfortable during the entire process. Numbing cream and an oral pain killer and we were ready to rock and roll. The entire process was fast and while I will say there were a few areas that were more uncomfortable than others, it is tolerable. I went home and followed all of the, provided, skin care routine and one week out it’s looking pretty darn good. I’m not red like you see in those videos and most parts of my treated areas have gone from a sandpaper feel to nice and soft. I can’t speak to the results as it is too soon but I can speak to the fear

Don't recommend at all!
Terrible experience. I went for a scar revision but was given a cathoplasty which wasn't what I needed or results I was paying her for! She's very dishonest and lack transparency by rushing the consultation and misguidance of what the procedure will be. She's more focused on money than being honest about what she can and cannot do for patients. Waste of $2300!

One of The Worst and Unprofessional Dr.s
Not knowledge, in a hurry to examine you, made several mistakes, listened and SANG during the surgery!!! She had the worst bedside manner. And she was dismissive of any complaints!

I saw Dr. Jason Lewis and while he explained everything, it was a brief visit and I was billed for what I thought was a free surgical consultation. That's either bad communication or bad business.

Horrible experience. I’ll never go back to Dr Rostami again. Prepare to loose your valet. Super expensive with disappointment. She rushed in and out even with injections.

Dr. Rostami seemed very rush during both my visits for injections. She barely acknowledged me and didn’t explain or talk during the procedures. It was strange. I was hoping to talk to her about eyelid surgery but she didn’t seem like she had time or interest. I will not be returning. The office staff is nice though.

I was all about Dr. Rostami at first. After seeing her a few times, she started coming in the room, asking me how this filler was and that filler was (fillers I hadn't even had - didn't look at my record). She started dismissing what I said and rushing through injections. The last time I was there, we agreed that she was going to inject filler into my jawline. I told her to not inject in front of my jowls/chin area as it makes my face look long and bottom heavy. Not 2 seconds after I said that, she injected towards the front of my jowls/chin exactly where I asked her not to put the filler. My face is now very bottom heavy and incredibly uneven. My jowls look even bigger now...and it was NOT cheap. I am so PO'd and will not ever go to her again. Her office staff are nice though.

I went to Dr. Rostami because I had a blocked tear duct. She told me I surgery was the only thing that could help me - no other possible treatments. She sent me for a CAT scan and told me I had to meet with an ENT. When I questioned her about why I had to go to ANOTHER doctor, she got angry. Turns out, she wanted to have both of them perform the surgery - 2 separate bills and a jump to a new calendar year and deductible. Frustrated, I tried hot compresses for 2 days and it cleared right up.

Love Dr. Rostami. It helps to do research prior to going in. For surgery always get a 2nd opinion. Dr. Rostami is direct, but compassionate and understanding. I felt no pressure, her nurses are very helpful. I chose to spend more to have a dr work with me than a nurse. She was recommended to me by my dermatologist. Her office runs specials as well. The time you wait for injections is usually based on if you require numbing. One gets what they pay for..
