Incomplete Care
After 4 months of significant bowel distress, two visits the ER, I saw Dr. Do for a Colonoscopy. Prior to the colonoscopy I had asked the nurse to ask if he would send an order to the lab for a fecal test. He said no. After the colonoscopy he came in to speak to my husband and I and said everything was normal. I asked him how that could be as I had been unable to leave the house in four months and had lost 13 lbs. His response was, “Well, do you want to be sick?”. My husband felt he was very condescending and flippant with me. Two days later I was still having severe problems. I called and requested a fecal test. A week later it came back abnormal. After not receiving a phone call I went to My Chart and left a note asking what the numbers meant and asked for a call. A few days later I received a one line note saying he’d called in a prescription. No follow up needed and no explanation of the problem. I was then diagnosed with a significant problem with my pancreas.

Absolutely the worst visit with a Dr. I have ever had. This Dr. is unbelievable when it comes to showing proof of a parasite infection; saying it must be my food, or that looks like a string. If you have ever undergone a parasite cleanse & detox you know how horrific the experience is. The Lab screwed up my stool samples containing many very distinguishable worms and this Dr. found my documentation over the last couple months to be not regarded. When you can document a six foot worm that came out of your body & you get blown off about it, it is very upsetting. This Dr. obviously does not care about patients health and what I was asking him to do; to make sure I killed off these parasites with a ND. When you have Toxic Mold toxicity and late stage neurological Lyme, these go hand in hand. He obviously is not qualified to treat someone who has these illnesses properly & has no knowledge of the Science behind it. I suggest he brush up these topics. Dr. Klinghardt has many journals. Enjoy.

Dr. Do is very thorough and superlative at explaining his concern for my symptoms and provided the very first time I saw him suggestions that immediately began to alleviate some of my discomfort and constant digestive upsets. He did testing right away and sent me a thorough letter explaining what he had done, what he was awaiting results from biopsies and other tests on and when he needed to see me again for further discussion and suggestions for treatment. He is patient and explains medical needs and suggestions very expertly in a language I can understand and does not mind explaining in yet another way if I am having difficulty understanding at all. He and his staff work well as a team together and they provide a very successful opportunity to find answers for my medical needs, concerns, and problems. I have recommended him to others and those people are very pleased and thankful to be under his care also. We are fortunate to have him in the Gresham area!

Terrible! I had horrible diarrhea for three days. He suspected a stricture because I had one before (long story. He missed it before, and I had to have emergency hemi-cholectomy (part of my colon removed). Now he thinks maybe it's happening again, except its the day before a holiday, so he prescribes cholestyramine powder to mix with a drink, for high cholesterol! The side effect is constipation. The box clearly says "do not take if you suspect a blockage." I'm finding a new Doc.

I saw Dr. Do two years ago about a condition that was plaguing me daily. His level of knowledge, experience and professionalism was wonderful and he made each visit comfortable. I have referred several friends and family members to Dr. Do and will continue to do so. Thank you again Dr.Do and your entire staff for the great service I received.
