Doesn’t listen and doesn’t care for her patients. I had seen her for almost a month now and she still trying to figure out what her diagnosis. I have been calling her office about my aches and pains but instead of her personally call me back, her secretary calls back who has no clue how to treat me.

NO SENSE OF URGENCY FOR PATIENTS!! Wait time at this office is unacceptable! If you make an appointment at 10, you will be taken to the backroom only to sit for 1hr plus! The visit with the doctor only lasted 6 mins! All of my appointments could have been by telephone. Once, I refused to wait any longer, the front desk clerk told me that if I left, the appointment would be a no show! I am on time an would be held accountable bu the doctor is late to my appointment but not held accountable?? To schedule an appointment at this office is even worse! I needed a 3-month followup appointment and the next available was 6 months out! At this point, I am ready to switch providers. Dr. Patel is a good physician but I don't feel as if my visit is personable. She sees too many patients in a day for me to feel like my visit was worth the wait.

I was referred to Dr Patel due to low testosterone tests. The med asst gave me the results and I asked several questions of which he couldnt answer. Then the MRI showed some abnormalities. Once again, a Medical asst called of which I had more questions he couldnt answer. A wk later she called and told me it is NOT her common practice to go over test results with patients and that she sees up to 20 patients a day and its impossible. If you want to be just another patient, this is your Dr.
