Dr. Song Lee, MD

Too many times in the past, prescriptions have not been called in with today being no exception. Same can be said for a referral to see a specialist. This is a mistake on either Dr. Lee or his nurse. Having to call back and remind people is not the way to run a practice. Also getting someone to answer the phone is basically non-existent.

Dr. Lee is very knowledgeable, professional with many years of experience. He is always kind, professional, works hard to get you in, proactive and listens. His staff is just as outstanding. He is a great man, dr, and volunteer for GRACE in grapevine for 25 years. He is the Doctor of my choice. Couldn’t ask for better!Anyone that left a bad review, has the wrong Dr.Lee for sure.

Dr Lee takes time with his patients overall medical health. Very knowledgeable on current medications available and alternating treatments. I would highlight recommend. Staff is also very helpful in scheduling and follow-up.

Dr. Lee is very compassionate and listens carefully to his patients. I do not feel rushed during my visit and I feel that he takes as much time as is necessary. I can not say enough good things about Dr. Lee.

Terrible. Unaccountable and really doesn’t not take charge of his patient’s proactive health

I have been seeing Dr. Lee for about 20 years. He does take the time to listen and is very easy to talk to. I also find his office staff to be outstanding.

Nothing like having the receptionist as the gate keeper and controlling the doctor...its a shame...nice doctor...if he doesnt get someone new to work their, many patients will run...

Save your time and your health and go to another doctor. His office couldn't care less about your health. I was diagnosed with Covid-19 and needed monoclonal antibodies because of my health conditions. They sent a referral to MPP INFUSION late on Friday and found out late Monday morning they stopped doing monoclonal antibodies over a month ago. Monday once again I called no answer and left a message. Had to call 3 more times to got someone. There is a window of when you can get Monoclonal antibodies and it is very short but they really didn't care. Now to top it off Dr. Lee released me as a patient as I'm still fighting Covid-19. Now I'm stuck looking for a new doctor with Covid because his office was to overwhelmed.

Dr Lee takes time to listen to patients concerns and is able to renew prescriptions in a timely manner. Dr Lee is very knowledgeable about medicine and is careful to only do what is best for the individual and that is why I highly recommend Dr Song Lee.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Lee for many years and he is the most caring doctor we have ever had. He makes you feel very comfortable and he spends all the time it takes to take care of your concerns. His office staff is equally kind and caring, they will always work you in to see the Dr. if you need to get in. I would highly recommend Dr. Song Lee!!!

Dr. Lee himself is a wonderful Doctor. The same cannot be said for his office staff. They are the most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered at a medical practice. The office culture they embrace can best be described as "arrogant". They operate from the perspective of gatekeepers as opposed to providing good customer service. I've had several instances where they do not return calls calls and are very cocky and demeaning if you "dare" to challenge them or question them with legitimate concerns. I would hope that Dr. Lee becomes aware of the level of hostility his staff initiates towards his patients, otherwise his practice will suffer. I would advise everyone to avoid this practice unless you want to deal with the frustration his incompetent office staff is becoming locally infamous for.

I was charges $390 for a 15 minute follow up appointment. When I called multiple times to inquire about the billing, they treated it like a Mob shake down. "Pay the bill or we can send it to collections, it is up to you." I was with the Dr for less than 10 minutes at this visit They will screw you on the billing

Dr.Lee is a very caring doctor and he takes his time to look at all the details. Very patient and a good listener. God bless him and his family. He is a rare find.

Dr. Lee has been the Primary Care Physician for our whole family. In addition to great care, he also takes a Personal Interest in every one of us. We trust his counsel and appreciate his bedside manner...you NEVER feel rushed, but rather that you're the most important patient he'll see that day. His staff reflect the same attitude.

Our family was fortunate to receive a referral years ago, recommending Dr. Lee. We have found him to be the consummate professional: knowledgeable, dependable & trustworthy. The real surprise has been Dr. Lee’s “bedside manner,” taking time to thoughtfully listen and provide substantial answers. We’ve never seen a PA. Dr. Lee is a dedicated physician to his patience—(not to his bottom line!). My wife, two kids & I highly recommend Dr. Song Lee to you and yours!

Dr. Lee is a kind and caring doctor. He meets my concerns with great compassion. I never hesitate to go to Dr. Lee with all my health issues. He is a hard-working doctor with an ever growing practice, and he makes every effort to understand and meet their needs. Sat in office for 30 minutes to have Dr. Lee come in and talk to me for 3 minutes and as I was talking to have him walk out. When a doctor does this to you don't walk but run and find someone who cares.....
