I went to see Dr. Heitmann today after not going to the doctor for several years. She was kind, patient, and most importantly she was very thorough. I didn't feel like anything was missed or that she ignored any of my concerns. She was courteou, provided excellent information and didn't make me feel like I was imagining my symptoms.
