Went to Mercy for an appendectomy because it was the closer hospital, and I was lead to believe that sort of thing was an emergency. My mistake. Al-Jadda tried to give me meds I'm allergic to, took me off pain meds and left me sitting for a full day without anything, and didn't bother to explain anything to me. The nurses and staff and other doctors were great, but next time I'll be sure and drive the extra distance to ProMedica.
