After going through breast cancer and choosing to have reconstruction, I am incredibly grateful to have had Dr. Eagan as my plastic surgeon. From the start, he treated me with such kindness, compassion, and professionalism. He truly listened to my concerns, explained every step of the process thoroughly, and made me feel completely supported through it all. His attention to detail is outstanding, and I am so happy with my post-cancer reconstruction results. The outcome exceeded my expectations—natural, balanced, and something I feel confident and comfortable with again. The care didn’t stop with him either. The office staff takes such great care of you every step of the way. I was especially impressed with their texting system—it made communication so easy—and the nurses are incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions or concerns. Dr. Eagan is not only a highly skilled surgeon but also a kind and compassionate human being. I would recommend him without hesitation to anyone.

I recently underwent a breast reduction, lift, and tummy tuck procedure with Dr. Spencer Eagan, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Dr. Eagan was highly professional and took the time to educate me on the right procedures to achieve the results I desired. He explained everything in detail and was incredibly patient with the many questions I had.Dr. Eagan saw me several times before the procedure to ensure all my concerns were addressed. On the day of surgery, he came in early to explain the procedure again and make sure I felt good and prepared for the aftercare. My results are outstanding, and I am thrilled to be rid of a lot of loose skin after losing over 80 pounds. Dr. Eagan is an excellent surgeon, and I recommend him.

I had a fabulous experience with Dr. Eagan. I am a breast cancer survivor and after having 3 breast reconstruction surgeries (after my DMX) at another facility, I was referred to him by a tattoo artist. Dr. Eagan took me on and fixed everything that did not look good after my previous surgeries. I'm getting my confidence back and absolutely LOVE the new product. I am so thankful that kind person told me to check out Dr. Eagan. He is truly an artist and I only wish I had went to him first.

My 31 year old mastectomy reconstruction required a revision. Dr. Eagan was my daughter's breast cancer plastic surgeon so I knew his exceptional skill, as well as his sincere empathy for his patients. His staff from office, nursing to surgery are well trained, passionate about their work & their patients. I felt comfortable and I am so happy to look normal & feel comfortable. His results are amazing.

The surgery was an amazing success, exceeding my expectations. Dr. Egan and his staff gave specific and detailed instructions on what to do post surgery, which I followed. Dr Eagon determined i was a smoker and every communication following with his staff had some jab at that fact. I quit in 2008. I told them that repeatedly. But i was listed a smoker and treated with disdain. The office staff continually lost my medical documents and i had to re-provide everything. Office staff could not open docs from the imaging center and would not make any effort to resolve the issue. Basically, i was told if i wanted surgery, I would have to pick up the disc and hand deliver. That was a vacation day that i will never get back. My primary doc was not listed in my chart or looped into any medical findings or decisions. In fact, I had to provide them with the phone number for her. 3 months after delivering the disc, the office called and asked when i was going to get them the disc. I advised delivery DATE and TIME and they found the disc, but the doc had not looked at them yet. The whole experience from day one was frustrating and all together unpleasant.

Went in with asymmetric breast from a previous lumpectomy. The communication this office used from door to door was beyond amazing. No other office has used such a means to communicate and I couldn't be more grateful. Staff was unbelievably understanding and welcoming. I will refer everyone there.

I don't know where to start. I met with several plastic surgeons before making a decision. Dr. Eagan took time to fully explain my procedure, he even drew a picture. Hands down the deciding factor was having no drains after surgery. I truly believe this made healing 10 times faster. His staff was also fantastic. Kori and Carrie in his office answered any and all questions I had pre and post-surgery. I just sent a text and almost immediately had a response. In addition to top notch service, the results surpassed my highest expectations. Definitely recommend Dr. Eagan to anyone considering plastic surgery. He is a magician!

Im from St. Louis, but drove to KC to have top surgery specifically with Dr. Spencer Eagan. I’m glad I followed my gut and went. The staff is personable and made me feel extremely comfortable! From the moment I went in for the consultation, to the day of my surgery. Dr. Eagan was very professional and not once did I feel weird or judged. He also does the NO DRAINS procedure, so my healing time was cut in half! I opted out of the free nipple graphs for faster healing, since I couldn’t take off work too long. I had top surgery with Dr. Eagan in Nov 2023. It was an amazing experience from consultation to post-op follow ups. I was extremely scared of surgery and his team was so kind. They answered my questions beforehand and the HIPPA compliant text line to ask questions after the surgery was so helpful. The pain management was amazing. I didnt even need more than ibuprofen thanks to the 72 hour nerve block. It was not only an affirming surgery with great results, but the positive experience and care of his team made me restore my trust in and comfort with medical professionals.

Dr. Eagan was recommended by my physician at Advent Health Shawnee Mission for a bi-lateral breast reduction and nipple graft following an incisional biopsy. To say that Dr. Eagan is meticulous would be an understatement. He was also thoughtful, thorough, and has amazing bedside manner. His pain and infection prevention protocols allowed for a great post-op experience and I am thrilled with my outcome now six months later!

Dr. Eagan has a great bedside manner. He makes you comfortable, is thoughtful, listens to you and answers all questions. Above all he is an excellent skilled physician. He performed corrective surgery after my previous physician retired. I was referred to Dr. Eagan by my pain management doctor and I am so grateful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else even though he is 2 hours away. Not only is he an excellent surgeon, he has a texting help line that his staff respond to quickly and kindly. He also has incredible nurses and staff. Super thoughtful, patient and kind. A pleasure to see and speak with them at every visit.

I received a tummy tuck with lipo that then was used for a fat transfer to my breasts. I couldn’t be more happy with the results! I have a flat tummy again and my breasts are fuller after several years of breast feeding! I feel like me again! Dr. Eagan and ALL his staff are so very kind and do their jobs top notch. I felt welcomed and very taken care of every time I entered their office. So so thankful that I was able to have Dr. Eagan as my surgeon.

I have had 3 surgeries with Dr. Eagan this year - tummy tuck/arm lift, mini face lift and a breast lift. Dr. Eagan is a magician and an artist! All of his PAs are fantastic! Results were beyond expectations! People can’t believe I’m 65 but in no way do I look artificial. I just look like a much better me without looking like I’ve had “work” done. Phenomenal! I also have an in-office procedure for my upper eye lids scheduled in November. Obviously I highly recommend Dr. Eagan.

Dr. Egan recently removed several basal cells from my 88 year old mother's face. Dr. Egan and everyone that took care of my mom were exceptional. In a medical system that throws old folks under the bus (I've been taking my parents to doc appts now for almost four years) this practice is the exception. Dr. Egan's work was stellar and even though my mother has had recurring basal cells over the last forty years leaving little skin to work with, Dr. Egan was able to do the least invasive procedure and the results are amazing. Dr Eagan & his staff are very knowledgeable & helpful with my experience from double mastectomy & reconstructive surgery from previous plastic surgeon—which was not even close to normal in size or shape .( with lots of pain)Getting a 2nd opinion was the best decision ever!! Huge thanks to my oncologist!!! Surgery went smooth & healed quickly!I look like myself again & feel great finally after one long year dealing with cancer .
