What a great doctor! I am so happy I found him.

I Wasn't rushed. The doctor has alot of intelligence and explained several things to me. I think he is a great doctor and will return.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kroll for the past 2 1/2 years. I have found him to be a very caring physician, an excellent diagnostician who will go that"extra mile" in finding answers regarding your medical condition. He is particularly smart in looking at your various test results, the meds you are taking and adjusting/ prescribing medications specifically suited for your present ( and foreseeable future) diagnoses. Dr. Kroll takes his time with his physical examination and is particularly easy to talk to; a very smart doctor and a nice guy. Supporting him, very capably, are his front desk reception people (particularly Nicole) and John in the billing dept. Phone calls left are answered usually the next day...thank you, Samantha.

Dr. Kroll gives you the time you need…he looks right at you when you’re speaking and asks questions if necessary. It’s not hurry up and get out so he can get on to the next person. I usually go with a list of questions or new issues that may be affecting me…he really takes the time to listen and explain. Over the years as I’ve grown older he has recommended different specialists to me and so far I haven’t been disappointed.

Dr. Kroll and his staff are absolutely amazing, warm and compassionate. After seeing 3 other primary doctors, I can finally say I have found the best! I love that he has a sonogram machine in the office, as well as quest lab. I highly recommend Dr. Kroll.

Excellent and conscientious

I have been a patient of Dr. Kroll for several years. I was never happy with him but stayed a patient for convenience. He is not thorough by any means. Of course, I realize it’s a business he is running, but I always felt like I was dealing with a used car salesman, always trying to sell me and my wife some kind of new skin cream or an extra service, such as, you can pay an extra monthly fee for what he calls more personalized service. Any real Dr. would be giving you personal service without an extra fee. As a reflection of Dr. Kroll, the staff is the most stand-offish staff I ever had the misfortune to deal with. They even sit behind mirrored glass. Find a different Dr!

Dr. Kroll has helped my husband and I for many years. We have had our medical problems and he was with us and guided us with kindness and careful decisions. He is an amazing doctor who really is dedicated to his patients. I am so grateful to have met him. Phyllis and Ted Sliwinski EB,NJ

i would recommend dr Kroll However his front office staff is the most inefficent group Test results ere not faxed to other doctors on time or not at all However they are pleasant and friendly but not efficent

I’m new to the area and I went online to request an appointment. It showed several dates and times for available appointments and it stated that Dr. Kroll was accepting new patients. I submitted a date and tine offered. I later received an email stating the appointment was declined. I called the office to inquire about making another appointment and was told that Dr. Kroll was not accepting new appointments until October and today’s date is August 13th. I am disappointed that after reading all those great reviews for Dr.Kroll and I was not able to get an appointment.

The Kroll Medical & Dr. Kroll have always been responsive/professional regarding my medical needs. always answer all my questions always provide all the convinence and help I need with other members of the medical team that are needed to manage my complex health

Dr Kroll and his staff are amazing. One is nicer than the next. The doctor takes his time to talk and listen. It took me almost 15 years to find people this great.

Great doctor and medical office who figured out the problem when nobody else seemed to.

I would highly recommend Dr. Kroll. He is a great doctor who has kept me very healthy for years. Recently when I was faced with a new serious condition, he showed me the greatest kindness and gave me so much attention. I have never encountered another doctor who is more caring or more knowledgeable.

If I could give them a negative score, I would. By far the worst experience I've ever had which may now lead to a serious health issues due to their lack of competence at multiple levels. Stay away!

Dr Kroll is extremely knowledable. He was able to control my cholesterol better than my cardiologist. I have now referred my wife and parents to the kroll medical group
